This flowing meditation combines the sacral chakra and the water element, enhancing emotional balance, creativity, and fluidity in life. The sacral chakra, located just below the navel, governs emotions, sensuality, and the creative flow of energy. By connecting with the water element during meditation, you can imagine a gentle, flowing body of water that nurtures and cleanses your emotional body, promoting creativity and emotional release. Welcome to this guided practice connecting you to your sacral chakra with the support of the water element.

The sacral chakra is positioned just below your belly button.

Find yourself a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Begin to soften your body and slow down your breathing.

Let yourself fully arrive and acknowledge that all parts of you are welcome here at this moment in time.

When you feel ready,

Take a full breath in through your nose and then let go out through the mouth with a sigh.

Let your body relax and soften.

Know that everything you need resides inside this space.

Begin to bring to mind a body of water you would like to connect with today.

It might be a warm bath,

A bubbling river,

A vast ocean or a sunlit pool.

You may like to imagine yourself immersed in this water.

Perhaps you prefer to imagine water washing over your sacral chakra and all around your body.

Trust in what you need today.

As you begin to connect and feel into that body of water,

Let yourself feel the movement and flow of the water.

Allow that water to move gently,

Surrounding you,

Surrounding your sacral chakra.

Allowing yourself to just be connected to the water.

Say to yourself now,

I let emotions flow and move through my body.

Invite the water to cleanse any heaviness you are feeling and notice it gently wash away.

If you feel safe,

You can extend the practice by placing your hands on the sacral chakra and inviting intuitive body movement,

Especially through the hips.

This could feel like a gentle nurturing sway.

Let the water wash over the body,

Cleansing and clearing space for creativity and pleasure to emerge.

Notice the renewed fluidity and flow the water brings to your physical and energy bodies.

Allow the water to nurture the sacral chakra,

Knowing there is no guilt or shame in connecting lovingly with this space.

As you feel ready,

Take a full breath in through the nose,

Releasing out through the mouth with a sigh.

You may like to remain here,

Flowing with the water,

Allowing the sacral chakra to feel nurtured,

Letting emotions flow and move through the body.

Take all the time you need.

As you go about your day,

Allow tenderness,

Gentleness and grace to flow with you.
