She received her B.A. from Regis University, completed master-level coursework in education at Metro State University, and trained in Nutrition Therapy. For 10 years, Jacqueline volunteered at Craig Hospital, teaching adaptive yoga & meditation to individuals in wheelchairs, survivors of spinal cord & traumatic brain injury. This work shaped and inspired her. Jacqueline began practicing yoga at 14 & began teaching at 18 in 2004. She is an experienced Yoga Alliance Continuing Ed Provider, known for her practical, science-based approach to somatic stress recovery.
