This is a practice to reset the autonomic nervous system. When in a state of heightened stress, the sympathetic nervous system is in overdrive. This guided practice will naturally shift the sympathetic overload to activiate the parasympathetic response, the state of rest, digest and heal. When we are in the parasympathetic state, our body and emotional state heals on every level. This practice is an adaptation of I AM Yoga Nidra.
