Hello and good morning!
You are meditating with me,
Jax,
And today we are doing a morning meditation on abundance.
Start by just finding a quiet place where you can sit comfortably,
Either on a chair,
The floor,
Your bed,
And if it's comfortable,
I invite you to close down your eyes and take a deep breath in,
Fill your lungs up with air,
Hold it,
Hold it,
Hold it,
And then exhale slowly,
Release any tension in your body.
Let's do that again.
Inhale deeply,
Big inhale,
Hold it at the top,
Hold it,
Hold it,
Hold it,
And then exhale,
Let it go.
Let your shoulders soften,
The back of your teeth to soften,
And your eyes to soften.
Begin by focusing on your breath.
On your next inhale,
I want you to inhale for a count of four,
Feel your chest and abdomen rise as they fill with air.
Hold this breath for a count of four,
And then slowly exhale through your mouth for a count of six.
Let the exhale be longer than the inhale to help you get into a state of relaxation.
So continue this breathing pattern.
Inhale for four,
Hold for four,
And exhale for six.
And then you can let that breathing pattern go.
And now in your mind's eye,
I want you to visualize yourself standing at the edge of a vast and beautiful field.
The sun is rising,
Got this golden glow over the landscape.
You can feel that warmth of the sun on your skin.
And as you take a step forward into this field,
Notice how the grass feels soft under your feet.
The air is fresh,
Filled with the scent of blooming flowers.
And in this moment,
Know that you're walking into a space of limitless abundance.
So this field represents the infinite possibilities and abundance that life has to offer.
Everything you could ever need or desire is already here waiting for you.
And as you stand in this golden abundant field,
I want you to start to repeat the following affirmations to yourself.
You can say them in your mind or softly out loud.
Affirmation number one,
I am worthy of abundance in all areas of my life.
Affirmation number two,
I attract wealth,
Health,
And happiness effortlessly.
Affirmation number three,
The universe is abundant and I am open to receive.
Affirmation number four,
My life is filled with opportunities and I embrace them with gratitude.
Affirmation number five,
I am a magnet for prosperity and I welcome it into my life.
Affirmation number six,
I am a magnet for prosperity and I welcome it into my life.
And then just sit in that for a moment.
Sit in that abundance.
Know that you've taken time today to shift your mindset.
And change doesn't happen overnight,
It takes consistency.
So please repeat these affirmations as you move throughout the rest of your day in your week.
Start to take a slow deep breath in,
Hold it at the top,
And a slow deep breath out.
Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings.
Maybe you wiggle your fingers and your toes and when you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes if they were closed.
As you go about your day,
I invite you to carry this feeling of abundance with you.
Remember,
You are so,
So deserving of all the good things that life has to offer.
And that abundance does flow to you effortlessly.
Let your actions and thoughts be guided by this deep sense of prosperity and well-being.
