This is Jax and welcome to your morning meditation.
Take a moment to arrive here.
So if you need to move around,
Find a comfortable position,
Just be somewhere that you can find rest in the body but you're still awake.
Let your eyes close gently and just take a deep breath.
Breathe deeply,
Fill up those lungs and then exhale,
Just let go completely.
A couple more rounds like that.
So just let go of any tension you might have in the body.
Soften your eyes as you breathe here,
Soften your jaw,
Your shoulders.
And before we start to visualize what's next,
Just check in with yourself right now.
What's the tone of your energy?
How are you showing up this morning?
And be in that place of curiosity.
So whatever's here,
Can you just notice it?
Not trying to change it,
But just observe it.
And to help us really start to get into this space of relaxation and ease,
Let's do three rounds of the psychological sigh.
So place one hand on your belly and give me two really slow deep breaths in through the nose and then a big open mouth exhale sigh.
Two more like that.
And then just let the breath be.
So start to find your own rhythm of breath and just let it be intentional,
Steady and smooth.
So I want you to begin to imagine yourself living your desired reality.
So not something in the future,
But right now in this very moment.
And I want you to see yourself waking up in the version of your life that you've been desiring.
So what does it look like around you?
If you were to wake up in your bed in that desired reality,
What would you see when you open your eyes?
What sounds fill the space?
And then if you were to leave your bed,
Moving through your morning,
What's different about the way you move,
The way you think,
The energy you carry?
And I want you to notice how light and effortless it feels.
So you're not trying to make it happen,
You're living it.
So let yourself fully feel this version of you.
How does your heart feel?
How does your body feel when you're already living in this reality?
And let those sensations expand through your chest,
Your belly,
Your arms,
Your legs,
As if your entire being is just saying yes to this life.
And then I want you to bring one hand to the heart and one hand to the head.
And take a couple breaths here to feel the heart and the head connecting.
And I want you to ask yourself,
If I were already living this reality,
How would I act today?
What choices would I make?
And just let the answer rise naturally.
We'll be here for a couple breaths.
So no need to try to force or think or plan or analyze,
Just listen.
This is your intuition showing up in the next step.
Wherever you're at,
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Can you feel your body aligning with this new energy,
Like your cells are remembering what's possible?
You are the creator of your reality.
What you see,
You can become.
What you feel,
You attract.
So take one more full,
Really deep,
Expansive breath in,
And a long,
Steady,
Deep breath out.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Roll your shoulders,
Open the jaw,
Feel your body wake up.
And when you're ready,
Just slowly start to open your eyes.
