Let your shoulders soften,
Let your jaw unclench,
And let your mind rest.
I am here now.
I let go of what I cannot control.
I release the need to overthink.
My breath anchors me in peace.
I choose calm over chaos.
I am grounded and centered.
Everything is always working out for me.
I do not need all the answers.
I trust the process.
I am safe to slow down and pause.
My body knows how to soften.
I am allowed to feel and just be.
Everything is unfolding at its own perfect pace.
Take a deep breath in,

And as you breathe here,
Just feel the ground beneath you.
Feel how the earth supports you,
Always steady,
Always there.
You are supported.
You are held.
You are doing your best,
And that's always enough.
Start to sense your body,
The weight of your feet,
The back of your skull.
If your eyes are closed,
You can gently open them and come back to these affirmations anytime you need a moment to pause,
