Hello,
My name is Jacinta.
Thank you for allowing me to be here with you.
Today we're gonna do a simple practice that consists in 20 breaths.
This is all.
It will be divided in two sets of 10 breaths each.
This meditation can help you transform any situation that you're going through right now or simply help you find a place of peace within you.
I recommend doing this practice laying down.
You can pause this recording and go lay down in the ground or in a bed if that's available for you.
You're also welcome to stay sitting up if that works better for you.
Whenever you're ready you can go ahead and close your eyes.
And before we go into our two sets we're gonna do three clearing breaths to ground ourselves into the present moment.
I'll explain them and then we'll do them together.
When we inhale we're doing we're gonna do it as deep as possible through the nose.
We're gonna pause for a few seconds and then we're gonna exhale as slowly as we can through the mouth.
Inhale deeply through your nose.
Hold exhale slowly through your mouth.
Inhale deeply.
Hold.
Exhale slowly.
One last time.
Inhale.
Hold.
Exhale slowly.
Great.
Now go back to your natural breathing,
Your natural breath.
Inhaling and exhaling through your nose.
Inhaling into the present moment.
Exhaling and letting go anything that happened before right now.
Feel the ground beneath you.
Feel the earth.
Let it hold you.
Let it support you.
Feel your breath coming in and out.
On this first set of ten breaths we're gonna visualize our body filled with a gray dust.
Our whole body covered with it in the inside.
When we inhale we're gonna visualize kind of if we were vacuuming it from the tip of our toes all the way to the top of our head.
And when we exhale we're gonna visualize that dust coming out of our nose.
But now it is coming out as a golden bright beautiful dust and it's spreading all around us.
Again when we inhale we picture that gray dust inside our body and we're pulling it all the way from the tip of our toes,
Legs,
Hips,
Stomach,
Chest,
Neck,
All the way to our nose.
And when we exhale it comes out as this beautiful golden dust and it spreads all around us.
So I'm gonna guide you through the first three breaths and then I'll let you do seven at your own pace at your own rhythm.
So inhale and picture this dust coming up from your legs,
Hips,
Stomach,
Chest,
All the way to your nose.
Exhale slowly picture this golden dust coming slowly out of your nose spreading all around you.
Inhale again pick up more of that dust all the way to the top of your head,
Nose.
Exhale slowly and picture that dust coming out and spreading further and further with each exhalation.
Inhale that dust is coming up legs,
Chest,
All the way to the neck and it comes out as we exhale slowly through the nose and we see that dust spreading all around us.
Now go ahead and do seven more at your own pace.
Now on this second set we'll do ten breaths again but this time you're gonna visualize all the space around you full with this golden dust and when you inhale you're gonna absorb all this light from all around you and you're gonna see it flowing towards you making its way into your nose and into your body and when you exhale you're gonna see that golden dust going into your body from the top of your head all the way to the tip of your toes.
So it's gonna go through your nose,
Neck,
Chest,
Stomach,
Legs,
All the way to your feet.
Again when we inhale we literally inhale that golden dust all around us,
We absorb it into our nose and when we exhale we see that dust inside us going down from the top of our head to the tip of our toes.
Again I'm gonna guide you through the first three breaths and then I'll let you do the following seven at your own pace.
So we inhale and we absorb all of that golden dust going through our nose and we exhale and we see it coming down through our head,
Neck,
Chest,
Stomach,
Legs,
All the way to our toes.
Inhale and the dust comes from further,
You pull it in,
It comes into your body,
Exhale and it slowly fills your whole body with light going down.
Inhale that golden dust,
Pull it from all around the world,
Exhale feel how it goes down inside of you slowly going down until it covers your body.
Now do seven more at your own rhythm.
We release the breath and we go back to our natural breath,
Inhaling and exhaling naturally through our nose and I want you to stay here for a few moments visualizing your body full of light and feeling that energy that you and everyone else has just created.
Notice that we didn't get rid of that gray dust,
We used it,
We transformed it.
Many times we think we have to eliminate our shadows without realizing that it is in fact our dark side which illuminates us as humans.
Remember that this shared light,
This collective energy we just visualized is always present whether you see it or not and it is always available for you.
Start deepening your breath,
Deepen every inhalation and deepen every exhalation little by little until you can hear your own breath.
Feel the ground underneath you again,
Feel how the earth supported you,
Feel the energy that you just created and start coming back to the present moment,
Start coming back to this space.
Whenever you're ready,
Slowly and gently you can open your eyes.
