During this practice, we will breathe softly into the present and take a few moments to "remember why we're here". I'll be guiding you through some breaths in the beginning, then sharing a poem that expresses the beauty of being present and conscious in this world, and I will also give you some space to reflect on this and to breathe in silence.

Hello beautiful souls.

Thank you for being here.

Find a comfortable position.

Whenever you're ready,

If you feel safe,

You may close your eyes.

Make sure your legs are uncrossed,

Your back,

Neck and head are aligned.

Release any tension in your body.

Unclench your jaw.

And most importantly,

Make sure your heart is open.

Let's begin this practice with three grounding breaths.

Inhaling through our nose and exhaling through our mouth.

Inhale deeply through your nose.

Hold.

Exhale slowly through your mouth.

Inhale.

Hold.

Exhale slowly.

One more.

Inhale.

Hold.

Exhale as low as you can.

Come back to your natural breath.

Inhaling and exhaling through your nose.

Finding your own pace,

Your own rhythm.

Connecting to your breath.

Connecting to yourself.

Let the earth hold you.

Connect with the earth and the universe as well.

Feel the energy surrounding you right now.

And use the music to bring you to this present moment.

Remember why you're here.

You're here to love.

You're here to connect.

You're here to grow.

You're here to be human,

To make mistakes,

To learn,

To unlearn.

You're here to change over and over again.

You're here to feel,

To feel it all.

You're here to cry,

To break,

To heal and heal with others.

You're here to forgive yourself and others.

You're here to ask for forgiveness.

You're here to share,

To serve,

To be kind,

To expand.

You're here to give.

You're here to receive.

You're here to create,

To express,

To explore,

To wonder.

You're here to do magic.

You're here to enjoy,

To smile,

To dance,

To sing,

To play,

To laugh.

You're here to hug and you're here to be hugged.

You're here to live.

You're here to breathe.

You're here to be free.

You're here to be you.

You're here to be.

You are here.

You are here now.

You won't always be here.

Remember why you are here.

I'm going to give you a few moments so you can bring to your mind,

To your heart,

The reason why you're here.

Not only here in this present moment,

But here in this life,

In this world.

Why are you here?

Remember why you're here.

Trust that whatever came to your mind and heart first,

That's the right answer.

That's the reason you're here now.

We're going to release these reflections,

These thoughts,

And we're going to breathe for a few moments in silence.

Make every breath a little bit deeper.

Feel the ground underneath you again.

Listen to the music and the sounds around you.

Begin to come back to your body.

Life is beautiful,

But it isn't always easy.

It might get in the way sometimes.

When it does,

Just remember why you're here.

Come back to yourself.

Come back to your purpose.

Come back to your life.
