Imagine you are looking into a stream.

The water is crystal clear.

The day is sunny and warm.

The stream's bed is full of pebbles.

For you it might be the most beautiful variations of yellow and brown,

Or perhaps hints of gray and blue.

The sun is warming the water,

And the water is warming the pebbles.

The crystal clear water runs over the stones,

Smoothing and soothing.

Imagine a single line of pebbles,

Each one representing a knuckle on your spine.

The water runs over,

In between.

Against.

Around over the grooves into the tiny holes crevices and depressions running down and around the sides of your spine into the nooks and crannies how the water amasses between the joints smooth face gently pressing like only water can the length of your spine being massaged by water the stream of life smoothing and soothing imagine the water inside you the water that you are joining with the stream your emotions flowing elemental soothing the stones that lay the earth the bones that support and animate who you are water running over your delicate and beautiful joints reflecting light,

Inner and outer healing and soothing returning allowing you to go into deep VERY deep Thanks for watching!
