Welcome to releasing lack and inviting in flow.

Today's lesson is about letting go of scarcity mindset.

That constant feeling of not having enough,

Not being enough,

Or needing to strive endlessly to get what you want.

Scarcity isn't just about money or resources.

It's a state of mind that affects how you approach everything in life,

Relationships,

Opportunities,

And even your own potential.

When you are stuck in scarcity,

You're in survival mode,

Always bracing for what might go wrong.

But here's the truth.

Abundance isn't something you chase.

It's something you align with.

It's already around you waiting for you to open up and receive it.

In today's session,

We'll explore what it means to release lack and step into flow state where abundance can naturally find a way to you.

Let's begin.

Have you ever noticed how scarcity creeps into your thoughts?

Maybe it's a voice telling you,

I don't have enough time,

Or I'm not ready for this,

Or even what if this doesn't work out?

These thoughts are rooted in fear,

A fear of not being enough,

Or having enough.

And when we operate from this place,

It's like we're holding on to life with a clenched fist,

Too afraid to let go and trust.

But what happens when you unclench that fist?

You create space for flow.

Scarcity is exhausting.

It keeps us in this constant loop of worrying and striving,

But abundance feels completely different.

Abundance is about ease,

Trust,

Openness.

It's like standing in a river and allowing the current to carry you rather than fighting against it.

What if you could let go of that fear and step into flow?

What if you could trust that you are enough and that everything you need is already on its way to you?

That's the shift that we're working towards today.

So,

Realizing that lack is a perspective,

Not a reality.

Two people can have the exact same situation,

But one feels abundant while the other one feels trapped in scarcity.

The difference isn't their circumstances,

It's their mindset,

Their point of view.

When you release lack or scarcity,

You're not denying reality,

You're choosing to see possibilities.

You're opening yourself up to solutions,

Opportunities,

And flow.

And abundance flows to those who are open to receive it.

In today's meditation,

We'll start with a grounding breath practice to help you release tension and fear.

Then we're going to step into a visualization that opens the door to abundance and invites flow into your life.

So,

Let's prepare and get ready to begin.

Find yourself in a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down.

Close your eyes.

And if you feel comfortable,

Of course,

You can just look down at the floor or let your gaze soften.

But we'll begin with those deep breaths.

Taking a deep breath in through your nose,

Hold for a moment,

And then exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let's repeat that.

Breathe in deeply and exhale fully.

With each breath,

Feel yourself letting go of tension and settling into this moment.

Continue that breath,

That deep breath,

Feeling your body swell on the inhale,

Your entire torso,

That soft pause,

Hold,

And then that open mouth exhale,

Release.

Bringing attention to your body,

Feeling what it feels like for that breath to swell and take up space.

Notice how your feet feel or your body feels,

Supported by the surface beneath you or the earth beneath you.

And tuning into that feeling of support,

Traveling up through your legs first,

Into your core,

Into your chest,

All the way to the top of your head.

As you breathe,

Imagine yourself rooted like a strong,

Steady tree.

You're connected to the earth,

Stable,

Grounded,

No matter what is happening around you.

It's amazing how some of these trees withstand hurricanes,

They withstand floods.

Imagine yourself as that tree.

Now imagine yourself standing at the edge of a wide,

Calm river.

The water is sparkling in the sunlight,

Flowing gently but steadily.

This river represents abundance,

A natural flow of life that carries everything you need.

Continue to feel your breath in and out.

As you stand at the edge,

You notice you're holding a heavy bag filled with all of your fears.

Feel in your hands,

Holding this heavy bag.

Arms feeling tired,

Hands feeling strange.

Notice the rest of your body and the tension that's there as you try to hold this heavy bag,

Filled with all of your fears and doubts.

Fears of not having enough,

Fears of failure,

Fears of being unworthy,

Notice the heaviness of this bag,

And take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Imagine you're placing that bag gently on the ground.

Feel the weight lifting from your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hands.

Breathe into that,

Feel that.

Now step into the river.

The water is cool,

Refreshing,

Washing over your feet.

It's the perfect temperature for you.

With each step,

You feel lighter,

As if the water is cleansing you of your scarcity and fear.

When you're ready,

Allow the current to carry you.

You do not have to swim or struggle.

You simply float,

Knowing that you are safe,

That it is completely safe to allow yourself to trust.

Feel the flow of abundance surrounding you,

Carrying you effortlessly,

And as you release and allow yourself to open to this flow,

Any pain or discomfort in your body is simply released.

It's no longer there.

That in this moment,

You are healed.

In this moment,

You are completely safe to trust.

And as you float,

Repeat these affirmations silently or aloud.

I am open to receiving abundance.

I trust the flow of life.

Everything I need is on its way to me.

And as you say these words silently or out loud,

Notice any resistance,

Notice any thoughts of well or but,

Or a yeah right.

Release those,

Allow those fears,

Those doubts to continue to wash away.

In this moment,

You are starting anew.

Repeat these affirmations silently or aloud again.

I am open to receiving abundance.

I trust the flow of life.

Everything I need is on its way to me.

Feel these words sinking into your mind,

Into your heart,

Into every cell of your being,

Becoming a part of you,

Becoming a part of your belief system.

You are no longer clinging to lack.

You have released it,

You've detached from it,

And you are aligned with flow,

Ease,

And abundance.

Allow yourself to be wrapped in this feeling of love and abundance,

Completely supported.

Take a deep breath in.

Feel the energy of abundance flowing through you.

And let's do that again,

A big deep breath in,

Open mouth,

Exhale,

Release.

Deep breath in,

Swelling up even more,

Allowing that energy to circulate through your entire body,

Open mouth,

Exhale.

Gently bring awareness back to your body.

Wiggling your fingers and toes.

Feeling the surface beneath you.

Notice how you feel right now in this moment.

Let's take one final deep breath.

Inhale fully,

Exhale completely.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Returning to the present moment.

You've taken a powerful step towards releasing lack and inviting flow into your life.

Carry this energy with you,

Knowing that abundance is already yours.
