Welcome to Ivy Love Language.

I invite you to find a comfortable position.

As we tune in for this light language for your evening.

Perhaps you're settling in to start your evening.

Or perhaps you're about to go to bed.

Whatever the case settle into your body.

Settle into your breath.

And then come in into your heart space.

Into the space of all knowing.

And as you receive the vibrations of light language feel.

Feel it ripple through each cell.

I encourage you to soften the mind.

Right now it doesn't matter what meanings or concepts.

Of the light language.

But setting the intention of just setting you up for your evening.

Whatever task is at hand.

Allow the hips and shoulders to soften.

Unclench the jaw and soften the eyes.
