Welcome to another beautiful,

Mindful moment.

Thank you for choosing you.

Thank you for choosing to sit in this practice and embrace the opportunity to begin again.

Keeping yourself a few moments to get settled into your seat.

Make sure that you are sitting up nice and tall,

Shoulders back,

Chest held high,

Tucking the chin in towards the chest slightly,

Opening up some space in the back of the neck,

Resting your hands on your knees,

And using your breath to anchor yourself into this experience.

" Let us begin by giving ourselves permission to relax,

To surrender,

And to be here now.

We will use the power of our breath to settle into this moment by taking five collective deep breaths,

Where as we inhale,

We expand our diaphragm,

Pushing our belly out,

Noticing the rise of the chest and allowing the air to come back into our head and releasing nice and slow with total control.

We will go ahead and release all of the air out of the lungs.

Take a deep inhale and slowly release.

Deep inhale and slowly release.

Deep inhale and slowly release.

Deep inhale and slowly release.

Beautiful.

Let's do one more together.

Deep inhale and slowly release.

Deep inhale and slowly release.

Continue to direct your attention towards the inhale and the exhale and notice the sensation of the body as you take in the sacredness of life and as you relax to the safety of it all.

Sitting and watching our breath is a wonderful practice,

But it is not enough.

For transformation to take place,

We have to practice mindfulness all day long,

Not just on our meditation cushion.

Mindfulness is the Buddha.

Mindfulness is the energy that can embrace and transform all mental formations.

Mindfulness helps us leave behind upside down perceptions and wakes us up to what is happening.

When we practice mindfulness,

We are in contact with life and we can offer our love and compassion to lessen the suffering and bring about joy and happiness.

Do not lose yourself in the past.

Do not lose yourself in the future.

Do not get caught in your anger,

Worries,

Or fears.

Come back to the present moment and touch life deeply.

When we practice mindfulness,

We generate the energy of the Buddha within us and around us and this is the energy that can save the world.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Allowing yourself to contemplate on these words.

Allowing yourself to understand that you are the hero of your journey.

Feel the sacredness of life pouring into you in the form of oxygen.

Notice how good it feels to breathe it out and expand and release.

If your mind has wandered off.

Kindly return to the breath and observe how you were able to control your attention in this moment.

With your mind's eye,

Look at the room that you are in right now.

Notice how you can see the world around you,

Even with your eyes closed.

In your mind,

Say to yourself,

I love you.

Notice how you can speak without moving your lips.

Notice how you can hear voices aside from my own.

Notice how you can observe your current experience,

Past,

Present,

Future.

It's all happening simultaneously in the mind.

By sitting in this practice of stillness,

You are strengthening your ability to create space between all of these thoughts.

By creating space,

You are embracing your ability to not get caught up in thoughts that don't serve you.

What is a thought or a belief that has been running circles in your mind,

Causing you to play small?

Causing you to feel stuck?

What is this thought?

I'm not ready.

I don't know what to do.

I don't have the money.

I'm all alone.

I'm not worthy.

What is the thought that has been holding you back?

Observe this thought.

Make peace with it.

Notice your love for this thought.

Notice as this thought begins to fizzle away.

What is it that you know to be true about yourself?

What thought or belief leaves you feeling empowered?

I have everything I need.

I am guided forever and always.

I have my help.

I am surrounded by a beautiful community.

I have access to an abundance of resources.

I am creative.

I am intuitive.

I am still alive.

What is that thought for you?

Notice how it makes you feel from the center of your body.

Continue to focus on this thought and allow the feeling that you have for it within you to expand throughout the body.

Remember to breathe.

How do people respond when you walk with confidence?

How do people respond when you're feeling creative and expressive?

Notice the impact that you have on others when you're energetically aligned with your purpose,

Your passion,

Your power,

And your presence.

Remember to breathe through this experience.

Where focus goes,

Energy flows.

Focus on your passion.

Focus on your purpose.

Focus on your power.

Focus on your presence.

Take the deeply into it.

Focus on your presence.

With this new awareness,

What is one thing you can create for the remainder of this day that will anchor this inner truth into your experience?

Know that you are being supported to create the reality of your own self.

Of your dreams.

Know that you are being supported to serve in the way that you see benefits all of life.

Know that you are being supported to enjoy life for all it's worth because you are worth it.

And deep down inside,

You know this to be true.

And as you connect with this truth from the core of your being,

You begin to radiate,

Smile.

Take this with you beyond the meditation station of this moment.

May you walk with peace.

May you talk with grace.

May you see what's truly possible.

And may you embrace all that it takes to create what is now possible.

On your own time,

When you feel moved to,

You can bring your awareness back to the breath,

Back to the body,

Back into the room.

And as you slowly begin to open the eyes,

Notice how you feel.
