When we pay attention and focus our minds on something, like blowing colorful balloons, it can make us feel really good. We can unwind and get relax then we can release all of the yucky uncomfortable feelings. Let's join Superstretch for a meditation to find calm. Take a deep breath in, and ahhhhh… a deep breath out.

Welcome.

It's time to meditate over active energy away and practice prana,

The colorful balloon breaths with the adventures of super stretch.

I'm super stretch.

My friends and I live at 247 mindful pathway.

It's our mission to make balance a part of your day because you are a superstar,

Even when you don't feel okay.

This meditation offers you a fun skillful solution to let go of ants in your pants.

Ever feel wound up?

Hyper?

Have too much energy?

Well,

We're going to dig into our super kit and tap into our life force.

Let go of stress and anxiety by creating fun tools to see in a new way and find freedom from fear to enjoy life's ever changing adventures.

Come on,

Friends.

Let's join in the meditation with the super stretch team to discover how to make breathe stretch play a part of every day.

But before we start,

Remember,

It may be hard at first to teach your body and your mind to let go and relax.

It will get easier to stop for a minute.

Pay attention to your breath and feel what is going on inside of you.

We don't need to push anything.

There's always going to be room for improvement and growth.

So take a breath,

Calm your mind and step forward.

For this practice,

You can be sitting up tall and Lotus flower pose or lay down.

Begin to feel a big smile wash over your face and take a deep breath in and deep breath out.

Let's try that again.

Breathe in and breathe out.

And don't forget to put on your listening ears.

There's no place to go.

No job to do.

You're just breathing.

Did you know that one of the best ways to be calm is simply to breathe.

One of super stretches favorite breathing practices is to blow huge balloons with the breath.

The super stretch team believes that when you take three deep breaths,

Magical things happen because you create space to listen to the world around you.

Do you want to try to take a deep breath and soothe your mind with us?

Let's go for it and take some deep balloon breaths.

But first,

What color is your balloon going to be?

Is it your favorite color?

Red,

Orange,

Yellow,

Green,

Blue,

Or purple?

Or is it multicolored?

Or even better yet,

Can you make up another fun color in your imagination?

Whatever fun color your balloon is going to be,

Feel it lightly sitting on the top of your tummy.

And it grows as big as your body when you breathe in through the nose so that that pretty color is everywhere.

And it gets really,

Really,

Really small when you breathe out through the mouth so that the color is only noticeable to you.

Take a long breath in and let it all the way out.

Breathe in slowly through the nose.

The balloon gets as big as you are,

Even bigger.

Now let all the air out through the mouth like your best love color is filling up the whole room.

Take a long breath in and let it all the way out.

Listen to the breath as your happy color fills the space up around you.

Let's try that one more time.

This time,

The biggest balloon ever.

It could reach the moon.

Breathe in through the nose a bit more,

A tiny bit more.

And now breathe out through the mouth and the color is like an explosion.

It's gone all over the house.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out a big huge smile.

Wow.

Super Stretch was so proud.

You did such a great job finding a way to pay attention and focus your minds on something.

Like blowing colorful balloons,

You can unwind and be relaxed.
