Your Higher Self Meditation: Merging With Your 6D Super-Conscious Self

Your Higher Self is the authentic you, your super-consciousness that is so, so much more than the physical form you inhabit. Your Higher Self is your unlimited Multidimensional Self. It is your Gatekeeper. It’s the part of you that guides you out of the 3D Mutant Matrix into the emerging 5D Heaven on Earth Matrix.

Welcome to this higher self meditation.

As always open,

Soft and breathe,

Relax.

Open body,

Open mind,

Open heart.

And breathe.

And with your breath connecting to your body of bone and blood.

On the in breath breathing light into the body from 360 degrees from the universe around you.

Light and on the out breath releasing anything that doesn't serve you from the 3D matrix back to the universe.

Other people's energy,

Low frequency programming or interference release on the out breath.

On the in breath light into the body.

Into the cells and DNA of the body.

Opening what can be opened.

Awakening what can be awakened.

Activating what needs to be activated right now.

And following the cycle of breath.

Bringing light into the bones and blood of the body.

On the out breath releasing anything in the bones and blood of a lower frequency nature back to the universe.

Back to the universe.

Allowing more light to return to you.

And continuing this,

Aligning your physical body with light.

And as always we call to the Archangels of the horizontal plane.

Raphael in the east.

Archangel of air.

The symbol is the caduceus.

Crystal wand with two golden serpents and at the top where the serpents meet two golden wings.

As you focus on the symbol,

Invoking the energy of this angel which is emerald green fire.

Bringing that energy into your body.

And as this is happening also calling to the south Michael Archangel of fire.

The symbol a great sword of light.

As you focus on that symbol you invoke the energy of the angel which is electric blue fire.

Bringing that energy into your body.

Bringing that energy into all layers of your energy field.

Cleansing and protecting you.

And as that is happening we call to the west to Gabriel Archangel of water.

The symbol is a great chalice of light,

Silver chalice.

As you focus on the symbol you call the energy of the angel which is diamond white fire.

Bringing that fire into your field.

The angel's three fires and open.

And to the north completing the circle is Uriel.

The symbol a golden pentacle five pointed star in a circle of light.

And the energy is ruby red fire inviting that energy into your body as you focus on the symbol.

For angels for energies and open and breathe.

Allow for the angels to hold you and adjust your field hold and adjust your field.

And also inviting Metatron and Sandaphon Archangels of the vertical force.

Metatron connected to the central sun and Sandaphon to the crystalline grid of the earth.

Finding these two energies holding you these two angels holding you.

Six angels six energies.

And open allowing your energy field to expand into a great sphere of light.

To expand into a great chamber of light.

And breathe and notice as you look down that your feet is standing on solid ground.

Even if that solid ground is light.

Even if the solid ground is light.

And take a step take a step now and as you do so allow a pathway to open a pathway of light to open.

That pathway stretches one way to the past and one way to the future facing the future now.

The years ahead as we pass through this ascension process of shifting energy shifting light on the planet.

And perhaps now take another step towards the future allowing the path to solidify.

Allowing it to take shape to take form to take color.

Allowing your inner senses.

Allowing your sense of sight color and shape.

Of sound of silence.

Of touch of knowing of taste and smell.

Allowing the space around you to rise up as you face the future.

And we call now to your higher self which is your mid sixths density mid sixths dimensional self.

It's the bridge between the 3D matrix and 5D and beyond.

It is your gatekeeper the part of you that allows beings and energies to approach and interact with you.

Your higher self is your super consciousness and will indeed allow beings and energies that can be challenging also to interact with you if this leads to your growth out of the matrix.

In 3D growth is through slow tedious slog and struggle and challenge in 4D there's the option of growth through joy and challenge.

In 5D growth is only through joy bliss synchronicity flow miracle consciousness.

Call now to your higher self and in the distance far off begin to see a figure of light walking towards you.

A figure of light radiating great waves of energy.

Great waves of energy.

A light so intense as you feel these pulsating waves open to the love of your higher self for you.

And watch and open and allow this figure to approach you slowly approaching you from the future.

Coming closer.

Feel the intensity growing as this being gets closer to you.

And eventually your higher self stands before you.

And allowing your higher self now just to reach out and touch you creating a rainbow bridge of light between you.

Rainbow bridge of light opening your chakra system.

Opening your inner channel.

Allow your higher self to begin adjusting your energy as necessary.

Getting yourself grounding into the crystalline grid on the path as you do so.

Allowing your higher self to begin to reach into your mental body expanding your mind with light dissolving any lower energies in the mental body.

Lighten the mind from your higher self connecting your mind to the higher mind.

And dissolving.

Opening expanding your mind.

Allowing your higher self to place certain symbols in your energy field,

Perhaps geometrical symbols from the sixth dimension opening your mind to light language.

Light language opening.

Breathing softening and allowing your higher self also to reach into your heart chakra opening and expanding the heart.

Opening and expanding the heart.

Reaching into your emotional body.

Perhaps again placing some geometrical symbols in your emotional field releasing and dissolving the lower and the energies you've taken on from other people.

Opening your emotional body to more love more compassion more joy dissolving all limits to any higher frequency energies.

More delight more pleasure.

More fun more creativity.

Opening the emotional body.

Bringing a higher light in the emotional body.

Breathing.

And now allowing your higher self to expand your capacity for growth through joy.

Expand your capacity for growth through joy.

Growth through bliss.

Growth through synchronicity.

Growth through flow.

Growth through miracle consciousness.

Reducing your need to grow through pain or suffering or struggle or limitation.

And just breathing and opening and allowing.

And if you're willing allow your higher self to begin to merge with your energy field stepping closer to you.

Allowing your energy system and that of your higher self to merge into one energy field.

Allowing your heart to merge with the heart of your higher self.

Allowing your mental body to merge with the mental body of your higher self.

Allowing your etheric body your chakra system to merge with that of your higher self.

And breathe.

And noticing what's happening in your energy field.

Expanding,

Shimmering,

Shifting,

Changing.

As you and your higher self become one.

Come on.

And you can begin to walk in this world with a greater connection to your higher self.

Greater connection to your higher self.

Allowing your higher self in your inner channel,

The chakra system.

Allowing your higher self to work with your own guidance system.

So that's a clearer channel between you and your higher self guiding you.

Just allow this to happen.

Allowing your intuition to be more strongly connected to your higher self.

Allowing your thought processes to be more aligned with your higher self.

Deleting and neutralizing lower frequency interference.

Allowing thoughts of more of a higher nature.

Allowing your emotional body to flow.

Be more fluid with higher frequencies of love,

Of joy,

Of delight,

Of wonder.

And expanding your limits to what is possible for you.

Allowing your higher self to assist you in creating a 5D reality heaven on earth.
