You will understand what you can do to cleanse any negative energy that your body is experiencing.
Be ready to feel the power of the Divine's healing in all its magnitude.
We usually send so much negativity to our bodies,
We criticize ourselves for not being physically the way we would like,
Or we focus on what we have a hard time changing and forget the thousands of qualities that we carry.
For many years,
I complained that I was not as beautiful as I should be,
Healthy as I should be,
Perfect as I should be.
All that pressure based on what?
Who created these rules for my body?
The truth is that every day your body is completing millions of very complicated tasks without you even noticing.
So congratulations on prioritizing time to listen to your body and give it the support it needs.
Let's start by finding a comfortable position and closing your eyes.
Breathe naturally and with each breath feel your energy flowing freely.
Relax every part of your body now.
Relax the muscles of your face.
Relax your neck.
Your shoulders.
Relax your arms.
Your chest.
Your legs.
And your feet.
You are weightless as you have melted on the surface you are on.
You are completely relaxed.
Let yourself be carried away more and more by this energy of tranquility.
Keep breathing naturally and be conscious of every sensation you feel.
Every feeling is acknowledged and felt completely.
You are safe.
You are now reaching a very familiar place where your sense of curiosity is most active.
You are pure,
Light and very calm.
You are now ready to begin a gentle dialogue with your body.
Start by listening silently to what your body has to say.
Open your heart and listen with all your love and patience.

Now ask what your body needs.
Ask what you can do to make it feel radiant and appreciated again.
You are now ready to begin a gentle dialogue with your body.
What part of your body needs your affection and attention the most?
Perhaps your body needs more rest,
Respect,
More conscious food or more water.
Talk to your body and you will know what to say to each cell.
Let your intuition guide you.
I encourage you to tell your body that it is free to let go of any toxic element that is in your body.
In that sacred space,
It's possible to feel a bright light that protects your entire body.
As these healing rays are sent to you,
You recognize how much your body needed this energy.
This is the purest energy that exists and nourishing the body with it is an important step for healing.
Feel that powerful light moving freely throughout your body.
It cleanses your mind,
Your skin,
Your organs and limbs.
It gently washes painful memories that your cells had been holding on to.
See yourself willing to give the unconditional love that your body asks for every day.
See yourself willing to restore your divinity.
Take a deep breath now.
Raise your hand over your heart and repeat the following affirmations mentally or out loud if possible.
I choose to make peace with my body.
I choose to celebrate every daily effort it makes.
I choose to abandon the habit of comparison.
I choose to listen to my body compassionately and give it what it needs.
I choose to replace self-criticism with self-acceptance.
I choose to abandon the search for perfection.
I choose to accept that perfection doesn't exist.
I choose to love myself unconditionally.
I am beautiful,
