Welcome, One more time, To this nutritious space. I am Luis Marquez, And today we will try to evoke a characteristic perception of our liberation, The feeling of unity. To some extent, We have all experienced this sense of confluence. Perhaps you can evoke this essential spiritual experience, Where you immerse yourself in a warm feeling of fluidity and calmness, Where everything is fine. The feeling of unity accompanies the state of self-realization. It is the fusion with the divine that we long for. Our selfishness disappears along with the critical. Then we become cosmic. We recognize ourselves as the absolute unity. We do not have the need for standing out, For winning. We do not feel hurt either, Since we become aware of the difficulties that plague our neighbors. We have become compassionate. Let's try to evoke this feeling of interdependence. Let's start by melting with our breath. You may feel a unified sense of subtle pleasure from all the sensations that you are experiencing right now. Everything that surrounds you make up a single fabric. Get lost in this subtle and intoxicating sensation. Herein lies the joy and the original purity.
