Hey there,

Let's find a place where you can get very comfortable,

Where you can lie down.

Or perhaps you just like to sit back and relax all of your muscles.

Relax.

Allow for a good,

Pleasant feeling to come across your whole body.

Let every muscle and every nerve grow so loose and so limp and so relaxed.

Arms,

Limb,

Now.

Just like a rag doll.

That's good.

Now send a pleasant wave of relaxation over your entire body.

From the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

Let every muscle and nerve grow loose and limp and relaxed.

You are feeling more relaxed with each easy breath that you take.

Droopy,

Drowsy and sleepy.

Deeper and deeper.

So calm and so relaxed.

You are relaxing more and more with each easy beat of your heart.

With each easy breath that you take.

With each sound that you hear.

Relax more and more.

Relax.

Let a good,

Pleasant feeling come all across your body.

Let every muscle and every nerve grow so loose and so limp and so relaxed.

Arms even more limp now.

That's good.

Now send another pleasant wave of relaxation over your entire body.

From the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

Just let every muscle and every nerve grow loose and limp and relaxed.

You are feeling more relaxed with each easy breath that you take.

More drowsy and sleepy.

So calm and so relaxed.

You are relaxing more with each easy beat of your heart.

Take a lovely breath in.

And exhale.

And I wonder if you can imagine yourself at the top of a very special stairway.

The stairs of relaxation.

There are ten very beautiful steps going down to a very beautiful place.

A deep,

Deep level of comfort where all things are possible.

All things are easy and effortless.

As you feel or even see yourself at the top of the stairway,

You can feel very secure,

Safe,

Comfortable and content.

In a moment,

As I count down,

You will move down the stairs one by one with every step taking you deeper into comfort.

Deeper into that place where nothing can bother you and everything is possible.

Ten,

Down to nine.

Already feeling physically,

Mentally and emotionally more relaxed and settled than you felt in a long time.

Down to eight.

Just letting go.

Letting go.

Down to seven.

Almost like you are drifting.

Drifting.

Down to six.

That soft,

Dreamy,

Floating feeling where everything is still.

Everything is easy.

Down to five.

Feeling the wonderful anticipation.

The deep inner calm.

Down to four.

Just allowing yourself to go deeper and deeper.

Down to three.

So relaxed.

You're almost losing sensation.

Down to two.

Almost floating.

Floating.

Down to one.

And you're almost there.

That breath taking place where everything is possible.

Down to zero.

All the way there.

All the way there.

Now allow all of your muscles to let go of any tension.

Feel your hands resting heavy by your sides.

Allow for any tension to melt away from your arms.

Notice your legs and how they are very relaxed right now.

And see if you can let any tension that remains to dissipate completely.

The muscles in your neck fully let go.

Allowing for deep relaxation.

Your entire body is so very relaxed and comfortable right now.

You will allow for what needs to happen to happen in your life.

To happen.

Allow for what needs to happen to happen.

I will allow for what needs to happen in my life to happen.

Allow for what needs to happen to happen.

Repeat these powerful messages after me.

I am your inner voice.

You want to listen to my voice.

The more you listen to my voice,

The more and more you need my voice.

You enjoy letting your inner voice speak directly to you.

My voice is your voice.

Your inner voice speaks directly to you.

Your voice is my voice.

Your inner voice is comforting.

My voice is your voice.

My inner voice speaks directly to my subconscious mind.

The more you listen to my voice,

The more and more you need my voice.

I am your inner voice.

I enjoy listening to my inner voice.

The more you listen to my voice,

The more and more you need my voice.

I am your inner voice.

You enjoy listening to my inner voice.

My words are your thoughts.

My inner voice is comforting.

Your words are my thoughts.

My inner voice is comforting.

My words are your thoughts.

Your inner voice is comforting.

I am willing to accept change in my life.

My inner voice will provide what I mean.

My inner voice speaks directly to my subconscious mind.

I am your inner voice.

Your inner voice is relaxing for you.
