Source Healing (Talk And Meditation)

In this talk and meditation, Jamie guides us through a healing straight from Source Energy. We relax and tune into the energy of All That Is and have the time to ask Source an additional question. What is our purpose?

So I'm gonna talk about the G word tonight talk about God If that word is tough for you Which I get it is for a lot of people was tough for me for a long time fill in the blanks.

Okay?

Source on a scientific level we can call it the quantum field The reason I'm gonna use this word and share this tonight is because it was so profound for me I want to share it the way that I experienced it no Religious context involved.

This is just me tuning in to the source of creation Okay,

I'm wanting to share this with you Because it was so powerful So I was talking to a friend of mine earlier today who I haven't talked to we used to be really close She moved away.

I talked to her maybe once a year now on the phone and She's really spiritual and she's on this deep journey and she said to me because she knows that I channel and I love Angels and guides and ascended masters and all this stuff and animals and she said,

You know,

Jamie the two most important things to channel or not channel but connect into is the earth mother earth and God She was like just go directly to the source And I thought well,

That's interesting I wonder if I've just been afraid of that or confused by that.

So I've always kind of like gone to the You know,

And I think all these things are still beautiful and obviously I will continue on in the channels of God But I thought that was interesting because I don't usually go like straight to the source for questions healing anything like that So she said that and she said something just off the cuff about The difference between God and illusions so like this whole world is a dream It's a creation and most of us try to hang out and play in creation We're like,

I don't like the way this feels so let me rearrange the the energy that's already been created instead of again going straight back to source and saying I I don't know what's going on here.

And instead of trying to recreate form.

Let me go straight to you and maybe you can offer me the loving version of this or you change something because This is dead energy This has already been created my little human mind can't conceive of what the creator of the stars can conceive of Okay so she wasn't even trying to teach me anything,

But I decided before this class to Meditate and I'm a Reiki master.

So normally I'll turn Reiki on in my hands and instead I thought alright Let's just go straight source.

Like why not?

So I said,

Okay this feels weird,

But I'm just gonna do it God plug into the back of my hands and I Put my hands on my chest and I said I'm tuning directly into you and all of a sudden two phrases came into my mind Okay thy will be done and I am as you created me It's just came into my head and so to explain what they mean if this is new that I will be done meaning If God is love,

Okay,

This is this is love right?

That's that's love in its most basic form nature us as babies when you can see someone's spirit shining through their eyes Yeah animals kids babies That's the closest thing to God So if that's love when we tune in we say we tune in and we say that I will be done.

We're saying You are a version of me That's what I want to tune into beyond the programs of this beyond the fear of the world Beyond the pain I see it's like I'm holding that loosely and I realize that that's all been created From a moment in time passed down to me that was believed in this is how creation happens How if you want to learn more about that Joe dispenses work is great if this is a little confusing We have a thought we collapse in on it it creates so When we say that I will be done.

We're just saying whatever love wants for me however,

Love wants my cells to be in my heart to beat and my purpose on this planet and then the phrase I am as you created me is Same thing beyond it's that one's from a course in miracles the metaphysical text beyond my pain Beyond what I've learned beyond this physical form of labels.

I Am as love created me still in their hole Untouchable by all the human stuff And so I just laid there tuning directly into God and I said I am as you created me I felt into it.

It wasn't just saying it It was just it was me saying it and just feeling into the truth of that and your will be done Meaning if you want my body to heal if you want me to be this way to help these people I'm I'm saying that and my energy is aligning with that So as my friend said beyond the illusion,

I'm not getting caught up my favorite phrase I'm at one of my favorite quotes don't let others pull you into their storm pull them into your peace the illusion The thought the creations the stuff that's temporary transient the world of the physical form Is the storm wonderful and playful but it if we hang out in that this is our lives all over the place But if we're grounded in God if we're in and not even in a weird,

Oh that sounds great thing science Our true nature before our programs.

That's it.

Not some crazy far out there spiritual gotta meditate every day all day thing It's just remembering this like there's a there's a an Energy in me a source of something and I'm saying tune into this and that's what I want for myself right So tuned in and I was repeating these things and all of a sudden all of my muscles started to relax my Lung muscles relaxed.

I started to feel this beautiful piece.

My body was relaxing and I was like,

Oh And I felt this alignment happening and this nice feeling come over me.

I was like,

This is this is it This is amazing.

And I said This is what we're gonna do tonight,

Which is why I'm sharing my story and explaining it to you.

I said God What is my purpose on this planet?

What is your your will and it's not saying your will like I am a powerless meek being and there's some man in the sky Guiding me nah,

Nah,

Nah,

We're powerful creators,

Right?

So we're still these amazing powerful creators We're asking love that's why religion can sometimes it's beautiful if we are religious But if there's fear in it It can sometimes confuse us a little bit or if we misinterpret it with fear it can confuse us a little bit.

So We're just saying Well,

I want to be happy.

I want to feel love.

So I want the loves version is all we're saying by that,

Right?

So I said,

You know,

What is your will like?

What do you want for me?

What is love want for me and all I saw was a dove and I know to google spirit animal totems because I work with animals.

So I ended the meditation and was like,

This is beautiful I'm gonna come and go directly to source and a line like this every day.

It felt so good so I googled I'm gonna pull it up real quick.

I googled spirit totem meaning of dove and it said peace of the deepest kind the dove represents peace of the deepest kind an Inner peace that helps us to go about our lives calmly and with purpose and I was like,

Whoa And I literally today finished a course.

I've been working on for three months called peace regardless of circumstances And so it was just this moment of like,

Okay,

This is your you are speaking directly to source This is this is wild and you are source.

We are source and I know these Conversations can seem so far out there and elusive but it's always my hope that it's tangible and easy and and and Maybe this is something you have so much attached to and so you needed to hear it come from Somebody that you trust or that it comes in peace But I want for you tonight if you want our meditation is going to be tuning in directly to source So whatever you want to call it source God universe dude dudette goddess quantum field if you're into science I'm gonna tune directly into you and may the will of your benevolence You are good be done to my body my mind my heart And we're just gonna align and let go and allow ourselves to integrate and then at the end I'm gonna bring the same question in for you.

Is there something you want me to know?

What is my purpose on this planet?

You might like me like if I if I didn't know to tune into subtleties That dove would have just I would not I would oh there's a bird in my mind but You know,

I didn't hear you are a teacher of peace.

It was this I was like,

That's a dove I'm seeing a dove in my head.

So if you get one word an image a feeling Trust that you're here for a reason And so we're gonna connect in to offer you whatever healing you need here tonight and to put you back on your path So again use the words that are comfortable for you and just have fun You We're gonna just close our eyes and settle in and allow ourselves to To get curious.

I had another friend this week deep spiritual guy said You know,

We find what we seek and I've been a seeker of peace.

So what is it that you seek?

Do you want peace too?

You know it we We don't seek it and we seek what we believe.

We'll just keep finding proof of it.

Like yeah.

No Jamie There's no way I can have peace right now with my life how it is But if we fiercely open our minds to I want to know this Like I was so sad and I and I began to bear witness to it instead of be it today I allow myself to feel it fiercely and Then I witnessed it and something dropped away and what took its place was this deep feeling of okayness I hadn't felt since I was three.

This was before my prayer thing I did And I went wow this lives inside of you We just need to open our minds to like asking the crazy questions that we think that's not possible Look at my life.

It's looking beyond the way your life looks To the impossible going why not?

This is what I want and you have to put that intention out there in order to start to find and see proof of it You're an incredible creator with The source of the stars at your disposal.

No one tells you that and they make it sound super weird Beautiful so start to take some deep breaths my friends Let everything go deep inhales and exhales in and out of the body You you Nice relaxed eyes As you let that physical body start to settle into the face Cheeks jaw You finally found a safe place from your week You're here asking for a reset button We can know that no matter how wild the storm outside there is Safe haven inside we might not feel it all the time But we drop into it we remember it we glimpse it we go oh wow,

Okay I see now We just get curious and we look in that direction and we trust the other people that have been there to guide us Deep breaths as you relax the shoulders and the chest The belly the hips Deep breath as you let everything melt down below you Held by the space underneath of you Down below you held by the space underneath of you You Really noticing all of those tiny points of contact between your body and the ground Grounding in Letting the weight of your body sink down into the ground But the chair the bed the ground hold up your bones and your muscles.

So you slink down even more Surrendering to this meditation going big because why not What is your intention tonight you want a miracle you want to heal you want to know God do you want to know peace?

You want happiness clarity Joy What do you want ask now?

Throw it out there And let that body relax a little bit more as you allow your awareness to settle deeper within As if you just moved from your outer world to your inner world And everything slows down become softer a bit easier You don't need to try so hard here as These universal secrets aren't revealed by Efforting they're revealed by understanding Learning a little bit more and opening your mind to just be curious to look in that direction And then we see more That's it The more we relax And explore Easier we see when we find what we're looking for Let your breath soften the body Let yourself just be present here One inhale one exhale Going a little bit deeper with each exhale One exhale going a little bit deeper with each exhale Welcoming everything that's here with love Non-judgment Just letting yourself relax for a little bit And as we rest we hold loosely the world of form Not to be in denial,

But because we are creators and magicians We know that what we see is just a creation of a moment in time A thought believed in and taken to the world of form by many We know that that can change We know that with new thought with new insight with new wisdom The outside can be different than it's been So as we allow our world to be more fluid A space for possibility to sneak through We give ourselves permission to have peace To have whatever it is that we want inside Regardless Not contingent upon the outside Two different worlds that our mind makes one What a wild illusion One source powering the gift of the illusion The gift of thought,

Energy,

The dream Illusion not meaning bad,

Illusion meaning temporary Not permanent Not permanent If you'd like to keep your hands relaxed where they are you can Or you can move them to your heart and your belly As you let go of everything that you have learned about what I am about to say Allowing yourself to feel into the energy and not the semantics With an open heart and a curious mind We intend to tune in to source The universe,

God,

Light,

Quantum field Spirit,

Great spirit I tune directly into you to work through my hands to send me Whatever it is I need tonight Thy will be done Thy will be done Aligning me with the will of love Surrendering the pain,

The thoughts That's not the will of love Thy will be done As you allow your energy field,

Which you are,

You are not solid and stable You are creating with this massive intention Moving yourselves and changing your body Thy will be done Feel it,

Receive it,

Breathe it in Directly to the home from which you came Realigning from where you strayed off of your path Aligning me with the will of love I am as you created me A big ball of light,

Pure innocent love You're tuning into that version without your mind,

Feeling,

Sensing I am as you created me Pure,

Untouched by the stings of life Not to be in denial of our humanity,

But just knowing that our divinity Before all that has been created is still fully intact Our choice as a creator to align with the unprogrammed version of our spirit I am as you created me Thy will be done Not mine,

But love's Putting a pause button on all that was being created Surrendering the body,

The mind,

The spirit To redirect your life through love,

Through purity,

Through grace Through purpose Not asleep at the wheel More than that,

Thy will be done Feel it,

Swim in it,

Receive it I am as you created me Straight to source Don't think this,

Overriding all the human parts to the soul part I am as you created me Pure love It's almost like there's two versions of you and you've energetically been hanging out in one And now you're just choosing to energetically hang out in the other Too wild for our brains to comprehend,

But you can feel this with your heart You can know this with your soul I am as you created me Aligning with that energy,

Resting and receiving All you have to do is rest and receive,

Don't try hard,

Just aligning I will be done I am as you created me I am as you created me I am as you created me I am as you created me I am as you created me Connecting straight to source for the healing and the intention you came here tonight for We ask,

What do you wish for me to know?

I am as you created me I am as you created me Tuning directly into the source of all creation Why am I on this planet?

What is my purpose?

See what you sense,

Try to find it,

To see what pops into your head when you ask Just breathe and relax,

Let your mind rest easy It's nothing to grip or find Let me just ponder these questions,

Let the mind be relaxed and see what pops into the blank screen A feeling,

A word,

A memory Why am I here?

It might not make any sense to the reality you know right now,

But that's because you might have been creating from fear and not love innocently What is my purpose?

Why am I here?

As I take this last moment to deeply feel my connection to the source of all creation,

The home from which I was birthed before what I can see I sense into the truth of this for myself,

Maybe profoundly or little bits at a time As I ask to tune in directly,

Sending me the healing I need tonight through my hands,

Through my body,

My being Thy will be done,

Love shining through my eyes,

My mouth,

Love directing my life,

Not the conceptual love True love,

Source love,

Love that our mind cannot understand Thy will be done I am as you created me,

Still Just tuning back in There you go.

Don't try to understand this.

You wiggle your way through,

You're doing it right Just looking in a direction and one day our insides go,

Oh that If you didn't find it,

Just keep looking and if you do,

Beautiful Starting to deepen the breath as you slowly come back from your exploration,

Your meditation and your prayer Breathing into the whole body,

Lighter than before,

Deep breath in and release Feeling the physical connection between the body and the surface underneath of you All those tiny points of contact Placing your awareness right behind your eyes Planted inside of your body On the surface,

In the room Aware of your presence on the earth,

Direct connection to your home in physical form and spiritual form so you have an internal resting place In this world but not of it,

Deep breath in,

Breathing into the whole body,

Down to the toes,

Fingertips,

Head,

Spine,

Deep inhale And whenever you feel ready,

Starting to transition to stretching or wiggling or moving parts of your body that want to move and wake up And then whenever you feel up to it,

You can open up your eyes to the evening.
