Learn the practice of Head To Heartspace breathing as a way to ground, center, find presence and connect to your basic goodness. Cultivate feelings of gratitude throughout your body as you practice a rhythmic breathing exercise.

Build on yesterday’s practice and deepen inner balance through being with life as it is. How can we cultivate an evenness of mind, especially under stress? By practicing equanimity to be with life exactly as it is, moment to moment. It's easier to do than you think!
