In this course, you will learn valuable tools and techniques to create space in your mind, and re-write the old stories you’ve been telling yourself that are holding you back from embodying your most energetic and creative self . You will gain insight on how to detach from your busy brain, and drop from a space of “thinking” into a space of “feeling”, allowing your natural flow of love to come forward with ease. Drawing on practices of observation, allowance and equanimity, you will discover how to develop practices that reduce stress, improve sleep, and cultivate joy. Each day, we’ll explore a new technique designed to connect you with the presence and joy you know is possible deep in your heartspace.
Victoria is a conduit of love and instrument of grace, channeling soul guidance and sacred music worldwide. She is a UCLA-trained, IMTA-certified professional mindfulness teacher specializing in mindful behavior change mentoring. Finding Presence
Discover the true meaning of presence by practicing simple and effective mindfulness techniques. Together we’ll drop into the heartspace with a guided breathing and meditation session.

Break Free From Thought Prison
Become the observer of your lived experience. Explore the nature of your thoughts, the reactivity that comes from operating on autopilot, and how mindfulness can create space to respond from a place of compassionate presence.
Lezione 3
Befriend Your Mind
Explore the concept that thoughts are not facts, and experience the liberation that comes from unattaching to your mental chatter and creating more benevolet thoughts. When we recognize the connection between the thoughts we think, the emotions we feel, the physical sensations that arise within us, and the ways in which we react, we can cultivate a new awareness and truly befriend our minds.

Embodiment From the Inside Out
Cultivate presence through experiencing the ever changing flow of sensations in your body. Explore the relationship between the impermanence of thoughts, emotions and sensations. Practice using a body scan to come into a deeper state of present moment awareness.

Heading into the Heartspace
Learn the practice of Head To Heartspace breathing as a way to ground, center, find presence and connect to your basic goodness. Cultivate feelings of gratitude throughout your body as you practice a rhythmic breathing exercise.
Lezione 6
Be With Life As It Is
Build on yesterday’s practice and deepen inner balance through being with life as it is. How can we cultivate an evenness of mind, especially under stress? By practicing equanimity to be with life exactly as it is, moment to moment. It's easier to do than you think!

Cultivate REAL Relief
Dive into living a happier, more easeful life through the practice of REAL stress relief: recognize, experience, accept, love and let go.
Lezione 8
Your Own Basic Goodness
Sink deeper into the heartspace by cultivating self-compassion through the repetition of phrases that remind you of your own basic goodness. Learn to rest in a space of open, unconditional love for yourself.
Lezione 9
The Goodness of Others
Go deeper into the heartspace by recognizing the interconnectedness of all things as you practice loving kindness for all.
Lezione 10
Into The Heartspace
Experience living from the heartspace as you feel, experience and embody the essence of love that is your true nature.
