When you feel ready,
Gently close your eyes and rest your attention on your breath.
As you breathe in and as you breathe out.

Noticing your breath,
Giving yourself this time to tap into gratitude,
This gift of gratitude.
Gently shift your attention,
Your focus to your heart.
Breathe into your heart and breathe out.
Breathe into your heart and breathe out.
Taking a moment to feel into this moment.
This moment,
You are just breathing in and breathing out.
In this moment,
You are just great.
You are okay the way you are.
And as you breathe in and breathe out,
I invite you to turn toward your journal and write,
In this moment,
I am grateful for.
In this moment,

And as you write what you're grateful for,
Just allow your pen to move onto the page.
