This is a short meditation to help clear the mind.

Notice any thoughts that are coming.

Simply let them go.

Let go of your to-do list for the next couple breaths.

Know that wherever you are is where you are supposed to be.

For the next few breaths,

Release any expectations that you have for yourself.

Release any expectations that you have for others.

Let go of the ideas that life should be a certain way.

That others should respond in the way that you think is right.

Simply notice and let go.

How different would your day be if you released control over others?

If you released control over yourself?

If you simply allowed life to ebb and flow?

If you created space for mistakes?

You created space for stillness?

As you move through the rest of your day,

I invite you to create more space.

Create more stillness.
