Take a grounding break for 1 minute to ground down and reset. Relax and witness your body coming back into alignment. Breathe and ground down while releasing what no longer serves back into the Earth.

Welcome to your one minute of grounding exercise.

Feel your feet planted firmly on the earth.

Feel the connection between the soles of your feet and the surface beneath it.

So you inhale,

Inhale from the ground,

Inhale from the soles of the feet,

Up through the front of the body,

Through the crown of the head,

And exhale down the back body,

Through the soles of the feet,

And back into the earth.

You are grounded,

You are supported.
