Hey and welcome,
I'm Isaiah and this is the Connect with your Story meditation.
Make sure you will not be disturbed.
You want to be safe enough in both the physical and spiritual realms to let go and immerse completely in this experience.
Make yourself comfortable sitting,
Lying down,
Preferably with your feet on the ground,
Uncrossing your arms and legs.
Close your eyes,
Take a deep breath.
Take the time to find the position that will allow your whole body and mind to relax.
Start by inhaling deeply and slowly through your nose,
Bringing the air deep into your belly and letting it swell.
Exhale now through the mouth,
Slowly and deeply,
Letting the air flow and entering into relaxation.
Breathe in,
Imagine that the fresh air completely fills your body,
From the top of your head to your toes and to the tips of your fingers.
And breathe out,
Imagine letting go of everything that you don't need,
All the debris that clutters you.
Breathe in through your nose,
Fill your stomach and chest with air.
Breathe out through your mouth,
Pay attention to your legs and relax along your thighs,
Knees,
Calves,
Ankles,
Feet,
Toes.
Breathe in slowly and deeply,
Breathe out,
Know to your back,
Your neck,
Your spine.
Let your back stretch and your shoulders drop.
Relax your muscles,
The weight goes off and your body softens.
Breathe in through your nose,
Slowly and deeply,
Breathe out through your mouth,
Relax your bust,
Your chest,
Your stomach.
Inhale,
Exhale and relax the muscles of your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your elbows,
Your wrists,
Your hands,
Your fingers.
Breathe in through your nose,
Breathe out through your mouth.
Feel the relaxation in your head,
Your face,
Your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your nose,
Your cheeks,
Your jaw,
Your ears,
Your skull,
Your hair.
Breathe in,
The air completely renews you,
All parts of your body are now filled with fresh and delicious energy.
Breathe out,
The air that comes out removes all the tensions,
All the worries and all the unwanted thoughts.
You now feel calm and relaxed,
Breathing slowly,
Breathing deeply and with each breath you move further towards the calm centre of yourself and deep relaxation settles throughout your mind and body.
Welcome this well-being and relax even more.
Visualise now roots growing below your feet and around your legs and also starting from your tailbone,
Beautiful powerful roots that go deep into Mother Earth that allow you to feel grounded.
They hold you in place and grow through the soil and the different layers of the Earth and descend towards the centre of the planet.
They keep you firmly anchored,
Rooted and secure.
They continue to sink,
To grow even deeper until finally reaching the heart of the planet.
You feel when you have You feel when you have reached the centre of Gaia,
Of Mother Earth,
Because you feel bathed in a flow of unconditional love,
All the love that the Earth has for you.
I invite you to feel how good it is to be held,
To be anchored,
To be linked,
To be sat in the heart of the Earth,
In the heart of Mother Earth,
In the heart of Gaia.
This energy,
This love now comes back up through your roots and slowly rises to fill your whole being,
Your whole body.
This amber coppery coloured light that is the Earth's love for you fills your body,
Starting with the feet,
Working its way up your legs,
Your spine,
Through your arms and hands,
Then moving up again towards your head,
Completely encompassing every cell in your body.
And you feel an immense sense of security,
Stability and trust.
You feel strong,
Loved,
Centred,
Full of a sense of belonging,
Because you know that you have your place here,
On this Earth,
In this universe.
Let's visit some of your past together,
And discover now some moments that are maybe pivots of your story in this lifetime.
Please allow for the memories to jump back into your consciousness.
The first that comes to mind is the one needed for now.
Give yourself permission to enjoy the process and let go of doubt.
During each of the pauses in the following part of the meditation,
I invite you to take a pen and a journal and write whatever comes to mind.
If you need more time than the actual pause,
Please give yourself permission to press pause and come back to my voice when you're done.
First,
I invite you to remember a time in your life when you felt safe,
Just like now,
Held by Gaia's unconditional love,
Anchored to this life and planet,
Your body firmly secured and your whole being feeling safe and loved.
Find the memory of an event that spruced up these sensations.
It can be a big one or a tiny one,
It doesn't matter.
What matters is how you felt.
See,

Your thoughts,
The surroundings,
Your emotions,

Just focus on the way you feel right now.
Let us focus on another moment in your life.
Please find a time when you felt like a child,
A happy child.
It can be during your actual childhood or long after.
Find the memory of an event when you felt joyful and free,
Playful and light.

What matters is how you felt.

Let's go now to a moment in your life when you felt like a sex goddess,
Like a passionate,

Loving woman,
Fully owning your sexuality and sensuality.
It can be a bedroom memory or not at all.
Sometimes we feel that way in the most mundane circumstances.
It can be a big one or a tiny one,
It doesn't matter.
What matters is how you felt.
If your life doesn't seem to include a moment like this,
Maybe you have a fantasy or a dream of that sort.
See,
Feel and remember the time,
The people,
Your thoughts,
The surroundings,
Your emotions,
The events.
If nothing comes to mind,
Just come back to feeling Gaia's unconditional love.
I would like you now to remember a moment in your life when you felt like a magic person,
A creatrix in the truest sense.
Maybe your experience of giving birth or some other moment of true creation.
It can be a big one or a tiny one,
It doesn't matter.
What matters is how you felt.

Let us now try to remember a moment,
An event in your life when you felt whole and complete,
Just being the being,

Find the memory of an event that demonstrated your ability to connect with source and live a magic life.

As we bring this meditation to an end,
Remember that all these pivots in your life make the story,
Create the story.
Take a deep breath and when you feel ready,
Allow yourself to come back into the room.
Feel the texture of the clothes on your skin,
The weight of your body on the chair or bed.
Back in your space,
You become aware of the sounds around you and you start to move your body.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,
Stretch out if it's good for you.
When you feel it,
Gently open your eyes,
Smile and go peacefully into the world to create an experience joy and gratitude.
Don't forget to drink water and if you wish,
Eat something to anchor these energies in your body right now.
Also,
Don't forget to write the story.
