
Cutting Toxic Ties Meditation
7 minutes of meditation using a simple technique to help you cut the toxic ties that prevent you from moving forward. The technique involves using physical threads, strings, ropes, ribbons, or other cords. I invite you to choose them carefully to represent the ties that bind you to the person or situation in question (or pick anything lying around!) When you are satisfied with the physical representation of this toxic relationship, you can begin. You will also need a pair of scissors or a sharp knife (or any sharp object that is more convenient for you) Take the material link in your hands and keep the scissors close to you.
