Welcome to today's meditation.
This meditation will focus on taking cleansing breaths to re-energize your body.
To begin,
Find a comfortable seated position,
Some place that you can allow your spine to be strong,
Supported,
And unrestricted.
Now allow your shoulders to relax,
And I encourage you to close your eyes or just simply lower your gaze.
As you begin to inhale,
I want you to start to take slow,
Deep breaths in through your nose and exhale slowly out of your mouth.
As you inhale,
Imagine a wave of vibrant energy flowing through your body,
Bringing in vitality,
Positivity,
And encouragement to yourself.
And as you exhale,
Begin to let go of tension and stress that you're holding in your body,
In your muscles,
In the fibers of your being.
When you inhale deeply,
Allow your belly to expand as it fills up with air.
And as you exhale,
Slowly allow your navel to contract as it pushes all the air out of your body,
Out of your chest,
And out of your mouth.
Let's begin to take these three cleansing breaths at your own pace,
Focusing on the sensation of each inhale and of each exhale.
With each breath,
Feel yourself becoming more energized,
More connected to your body.
And with each exhale,
Feel your body relax,
Releasing tension and negativity.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes and carry this sense of energy and clarity with you throughout the day.
You can always return to this meditation whenever you need a quick boost of energy and positivity.
