Questions and it's not meant to be a conversation.

Rather,

You're just gonna envision in your mind how you feel,

How the questions come up,

How your feelings and sensations flow.

And this is gonna allow you to reprogram your subconscious mind to create awareness of where you've been holding memories,

Trapped emotions,

And you're gonna allow the energy of past emotions to come up and come out,

Processing them,

Integrating them,

Transmuting and releasing them.

So I invite everyone,

If you're not already lying down,

To lay down in a comfortable position.

And you really wanna allow your body to open up wide,

Opening up your legs,

Your arms,

Feeling yourself expanded,

Leaning back into the supported surface,

Feeling safe,

Feeling supported.

I invite you to ask yourself,

Is there anywhere in my body that I'm holding pain,

Tension,

Anywhere that I wish to release?

Remembering that a lot of the time,

Your emotions can come up in your physical body as pain,

As tension,

And releasing these areas,

Breathing into them.

Deep breath in through the nose,

Breathing out through the mouth,

Breathing out through the mouth,

Feeling the energy that you are,

Feeling your aura around you,

Feeling embodied,

Feeling peaceful,

Feeling confident,

Feeling at peace with yourself.

And let's begin a body scan so that we can hold and release any areas of the body and see what comes up,

What emotions come up as you move along your body.

So beginning with your feet,

I invite you to wiggle your toes,

Asking yourself,

How do my feet feel?

We stand on our feet all day long.

They're always holding us up,

Getting us places,

Breathing into your feet,

Feeling as if you have a lung there,

Asking yourself,

Is there anywhere that I can release tension here,

Tightness?

Tensing your feet and releasing,

Feeling the melting,

Breathing in and out,

Moving along to your calves,

Asking yourself,

How do my calves feel?

Do I feel any tightness here?

Breathing into your calves,

Pressing them into the ground,

Feeling the strength of them,

And then releasing and just feeling the energy that you are beyond the physical body.

And then,

Just feeling the energy that you are feeling,

Feeling the energy that you are feeling,

And moving along to your thighs,

Asking yourself,

How do my thighs feel?

Breathing in to any self judgment that you hold here,

Breathing it out,

Allowing yourself to surrender to this present moment.

Take a deep breath in,

Deep breath out.

Now moving along to your hips,

We carry a lot in our hips,

Breathing in to release some of the weight of your day,

The weight of your life,

Responsibilities that we carry within our hips,

Breathing in to this feeling,

The present moment,

Breathing out,

Breathing out.

Now moving along to our gut,

Our belly,

I invite you to place your right hand on your stomach and out stretch your left arm further away from your body.

And you're gonna take circular clockwise motions around your tummy,

Feeling any emotions that come up here,

Any gut feelings,

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Feeling any emotions that come up,

Any heavy emotions,

Breathe them out,

Letting them go,

Moving your right hand,

Breathing in through the mouth,

Breathing in through the mouth,

Moving your right hand up to your heart,

Placing your right hand on your heart center,

Taking clockwise motions around your heart.

How does my heart feel?

Is it guarded?

Is it open?

Do I have any heavy emotions that I carry in my heart that I wanna release?

Remembering that all you have right now is the present moment,

Focusing on present moment awareness,

Any past memories that come up,

Any people,

Any places,

Any things that make your heart ache a bit,

Breathe them out and ask,

What's the gift that they brought me?

Everyone and everything and every moment comes into your life as an opportunity to grow.

Instead of looking at things as negative,

Look at them as experiences of growth that have led you to be where you are today with your level of self-awareness,

Breathing into this feeling,

Keeping your eyes closed,

Continue placing your right hand over your heart,

Feeling it expanding,

Imagining a green light radiating from your heart center.

Widening your heart,

Allowing yourself to radiate love,

Positivity,

Compassion,

Acceptance,

Joy,

Forgiveness.

And now I'm gonna play a heart chakra sound bowl for a few minutes as you keep your eyes closed and your eyes closed.

And allowing this F note to radiate into your heart,

Opening it up and releasing any pain that exists within.

And now I'm gonna play a heart chakra sound bowl for a few minutes as you keep your eyes closed,

Placed on your heart,

And allowing this F note to radiate into your heart,

Releasing any pain that exists within.

Any sensations arise,

Embrace them,

Let them flow through your body,

Remembering that you're mostly made of energy.

And because of this,

You're able to feel the energy that you're feeling.

And you're able to feel the energy that you're feeling and because of this,

You're able to transmit,

Transmute,

Change how you feel.

It all begins with mindset.

Take three quick breaths in through the nose,

Keeping your hand placed on your heart.

And you wanna hold this breath,

Breathing out through the mouth,

Making that ah sound as you breathe out.

Taking this a few times on your own.

Three quick breaths in through the nose,

Holding it and breathing out through the mouth.

You're allowing yourself to expand,

Elongate,

And extend,

Feeling your energy coming up through the bottom of your feet and up through the top of your head.

Still feeling that green light at your heart center and feeling the sound bowl radiating within your heart.

Now placing your hand back by your side,

Keeping your eyes closed,

Ask yourself,

How does my heart feel now?

Breathing in to any sensations that arise,

Feeling peaceful,

Feeling confident,

Breathing in to any sensations,

Any emotions.

Now I'm gonna repeat a few phrases,

And I invite you to repeat them to yourself,

Keeping your eyes closed.

You can either repeat them out loud or in your mind's eye.

And if there's any that you wish to repeat that I don't mention,

Feel free to just say what comes towards you.

Let's begin.

I am peaceful.

I decide to be peaceful.

I choose to be peaceful.

I am free to be peaceful.

I give myself permission to be peaceful.

I am open to being peaceful.

I get to be peaceful.

I know I am peaceful.

I love that I am peaceful.

I am the embodiment of confidence.

I decide to embody confidence.

I choose to embody confidence.

I am free to embody confidence.

I give myself permission to embody confidence.

I am open to embodying confidence.

I get to embody confidence.

I know I embody confidence.

I love that I embody confidence.

Breathing into this,

Asking yourself,

How would it feel if I was already peaceful?

If I already embodied confidence?

If I remembered that I am love and that everything that I need is within me and does not need to come from external factors?

We get so caught up in the day-to-day of comparing ourselves,

Of worrying about what's going to happen next,

The past,

That we forget,

That we should come back to ourself,

And that happiness is about being in the present moment and looking at all the gifts that you have inside of you already,

Remembering where your soul is,

Coming back to yourself.

Instead of being caught up by all the superficial things in the world,

All the material things that we gravitate towards,

Think about what you can do that's free,

That you can find within yourself,

Your soul's purpose,

Your soul's mission.

What excited you when you were little?

Come back to that childlike,

Inner child state of mind,

The wonder of the world,

Coming back to peace,

Keeping your eyes closed,

Surrendering back into the surface,

Asking yourself,

How can I come back to my true nature today?

Breathing in through the nose,

And out through the mouth.

You are your most innate source of wisdom.

You often look to the outside for validation,

Not realizing that the validation that we truly need comes from within.

You are your greatest source of knowing what is best for you,

Trusting yourself.

All the external validation,

Love in the world will not work and will not be enough if you do not have it from within.

What matters is what you think of you,

Remembering this,

Remembering that everyone else is always worried about themselves and projecting onto you,

How someone sees you is how they see themselves and is how they see you from their own perspective of the world,

And remembering this and having compassion for others,

Forgiveness,

Acceptance and love for them,

As people are only able to see what they see within,

And it is all a reflection of them.

So be the person today at this moment that reflects positivity,

Love,

Abundance,

Gratitude for the world.

Breathing into this feeling,

Imagining a world where everyone behaves this way,

Which took time to self-reflect and to be with themselves.

Deep breath in through the nose,

Out through the mouth,

Feeling the energy around you,

The space,

Feeling a white light surrounding your body and encompassing you with peace,

Confidence,

Love,

Acceptance,

Gratitude.

Slowly feel yourself come back to the room,

Coming back to your physical body.
