This is a night time meditation to send you peacefully to sleep for the evening. There is a guided meditation with 45 minutes of music and evening sounds.

It's time to let go of the day now.
And prepare yourself to find that warm,
Inviting place in your bed.
Allow all your thoughts of the day to simply fade away as you find a comfortable and relaxing position for sleep.
It is time to restore your energy from this day and allow yourself to connect with the dream world.
This journey is meant for you to let go of the day and dissolve all thoughts,
Concerns,
Or worries.
Feel your eyelids becoming heavy now.
Let your mind unwind from the day as you feel your body become totally calm and slow down your breathing.
Take a slow relaxing breath in and gently release it.
Just let your mind drift as you listen to this meditation and the music.
You feel so calm and peaceful at this precise moment.
Allow your thoughts to be released like luminous bubbles into the sky on a wonderful summer night.
Watching each one float away into the starry night sky.

My favorite! I am sooo grateful I found this! Most effective meditation I have ever heard. Each night it relaxes me very quickly into a deep sleep.
