Let's take a few moments and scan your body for any tension or stress.
Starting with your mind,
Release all your thoughts now and just feel yourself drifting into a peaceful state of mind.
Envision a beautiful light over the top of your head.
This light is filled with cosmic healing energy.
It now starts to fill your body with this healing light starting at your head.
Breathe.
Relax your shoulders and your arms all the way down to your fingertips as the light flows through these areas.
You can feel the healing power.
Take another relaxing breath now as you relax your chest,
Your back,
And your spine.
Feel all the stress and tension releasing from these areas.
Now,
Relax your stomach,
Your lower abdomen,
And hips as these areas take in all the healing energy from the light.
