The deepest peace arises when we align with our true nature,

Where truth,

Awareness,

And bliss are not separate things,

But the essence of who we are.

Ipek Williamson Settle into a comfortable position,

Whether lying down or seated.

And if you choose to be seated,

Just let your spine be tall and your body feel supported.

Close your eyes gently,

And bring your attention to your breath.

Take a slow and deep breath in through your nose,

Hold for a moment,

And exhale gently through your mouth.

Repeat the same by taking a slow and deep breath in,

Hold,

And exhale.

As you breathe,

Begin to feel the weight of your body,

Letting it rest,

Letting it ground.

And bring awareness to your feet.

Feel them supported by the ground.

Now your legs,

Hips,

Your back,

Shoulders,

Your head.

Feel the earth holding you.

You are safe.

You are here.

You are now.

Now,

In your mind's eye,

Imagine yourself sitting in front of a vast,

Still lake under a clear sky.

The water is so still.

It reflects the sky like a mirror.

This lake represents sat,

The truth.

Not opinions or beliefs,

But the silent,

Timeless truth that simply is.

Allow yourself to sink into that stillness.

Breathe in,

Feel the spaciousness of truth.

Breathe out,

And let go of anything that is not yours.

In this stillness,

Repeat inwardly,

I am.

That's all.

Just I am.

No labels.

No roles.

Just presence.

Feel the truth of your existence.

You are not becoming.

You are being.

Let this truth wash over you like a calm wave.

Now,

Gently visualize a soft golden light above your head.

With each breath,

This light begins to descend slowly.

It touches the crown of your head,

Filling you with gentle awareness.

This light is Chit,

Pure witnessing consciousness.

The awareness that sees,

But does not judge.

Let this golden light flow into your face,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Down your arms,

Your chest,

Your belly.

You are light.

You are awareness.

You are consciousness.

Become the watcher.

Feel the calm of simply witnessing.

There is nothing to do.

Just be the light behind it all.

Now let this golden light turn into a warm radiance that begins to glow in your heart.

This is Ananda,

Bliss,

Not pleasure or excitement,

But the quiet joy of being fully alive.

Feel the warmth in your chest spreading out like a sun rising in your heart.

Breathe into it.

Smile gently,

Just a small smile.

And let that joy ripple outward.

Feel the bliss move through your entire body,

From your heart to your fingertips,

From your breath to the space around you.

You are being bathed in bliss.

You don't need to earn it.

You don't need to chase it.

You are bliss.

You are enough.

Now repeat with me,

Inwardly or out loud.

I am Sat Chit Ananda.

I am Truth,

Consciousness,

Bliss.

I am Sat Chit Ananda.

I am Truth,

Consciousness,

Bliss.

I am Sat Chit Ananda.

I am Truth,

Consciousness,

Bliss.

Repeat this as many times as you can while I stay quiet.

Now let the mantra go and float with your breath.

And begin to bring your awareness back to your body.

Feel your breath gently moving in and out.

Wiggle your fingers.

Wiggle your toes.

Feel the ground beneath you once again.

The beautiful support of the earth.

You are grounded,

Whole and gently aware.

Take one more deep breath in and exhale softly.

When you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Return gently to the space around you,

Carrying the truth,

The awareness and the bliss within.
