Now let's introduce the hand gesture that we will implement,
One we call Vitamudra,
To help the energy flow freely in us.
To perform Vitamudra,
Bring your hands in front of your sacral chakra,
Your lower belly,
Palms facing each other,
About a foot apart.
Then cup the hands slightly,
As if you would be protecting the flame of a candle from the wind and replace the candle with that beautiful flower that you are.
As you inhale and exhale,
Feel the natural ebb and flow of your body as your hands separate and come back towards each other.
With each breath,
Vitamudra will help you awaken vitality and feel the free flow of energy.
So while keeping your hands in that position,
Picture a gentle silver light that is coming from the full moon,
Wrapping around you and the flowers.
This light is like a special energy,
Helping you feel good and strong.
Imagine your inner flower soaking up this moonlight,
Growing and blooming even more beautifully.
