Meditation Timer OnlineCathy Williams is a Movement & Expressive Arts Therapy Facilitator, designing spaces & experiences to encourage one's creative self-discovery. She founded Intuitive Self to advocate for the transformative healing powers movement and creative modalities offer in strengthening one’s connection to their innate Body Wisdom and Intuitive Guidance. She has online courses via Teachable and just released her first book: Body Wisdom ~ A Guide to connecting with your Intuitive Self, available in paperback, hardcover, e-book and audio. Cathy develops and facilitates experiences for individuals and communities, aiming to inspire curious inquiry, support integration, and encourage both embodiment and creative self-discovery. She aims to provide a nourishing space with trauma-informed, compassionate care. Her offerings are based on her lived-experience, extensive studies and 14 years of working in Community Development, co-designing and facilitating capacity-building programs within Australia and Internationally.
