Trained in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Qi Gong, she has a daily Vedic Meditation practice and is a follower of the teachings of Mooji. Diane brings her daily practice of meditative calm and stillness into her recordings. She presents you with beautiful, immersive soundscapes from around the world that invite you to step into calm, present moment awareness, with the aim of helping you to relax and de-stress. Please note that recording these soundscapes requires dedication and patience in what is still very much a male-dominated profession. Obtaining noise-pollution-free recordings in our busy world can take an hour of field recording for every few minutes presented.
