Whispering Pines Forest Bathing Soundscape
by Diane Hope
The practice of Forest Bathing or Shinrin-yoku in Japanese is a therapeutic approach to relaxation by spending time in a natural forest environment and reconnecting with nature. In this soundscape you can go forest bathing via your ears, no matter where you are. Recorded at ground level in a grove of tall trees, surrounded by the largest ponderosa pine forest in the world, the wind washes over the tree tops. Allow yourself to relax into the waves of wind that ebb and flow, while forest birds call here and there. This is a short excerpt from the full length, long soundscape available as a Premium Track with a Plus membership.
