I love walking meditations, they are precious moments for me because I can put into practice, while walking preferably in nature, the mental presence that I train daily during static meditations. I invite and encourage you to also find the time to take your body for a mindful walk, where you can experience mindfulness both when you are moving and when you have various distractions around you—think of it as a playful experiment.
