Imagine yourself in front of an infinite space, a faraway horizon, a space that also allows your thoughts to extend in all directions in order for them to find the right space in your head....focus in the space between thoughts as you would focus in the space between the leaves of a tree... In this meditation, we bring attention to the concept of that essential void that exists between one action and another one, between things, thoughts, or even between one musical note and another one because it is exactly in these silent gaps that we reconnect with our essence. Imagine yourself in front of an infinite space,

A far away horizon,

A space that also allows your thoughts to extend in all directions,

In order for them to find the right space in your head.

Breathe.

Feel the space between you and the horizon,

Relaxing your thoughts,

Expanding them,

Decontracting them.

What are your sensations?

What do you feel?

Now observe the space between the words that make up your thoughts.

The words are like the leaves of a tree,

They vibrate in the wind.

Let go of the words that constrict and overpower you,

As the wind would do with dry leaves,

It scatters them in the air.

Let them go.

Enjoy the sensation of more space between your words,

Small horizons here and there.

Breathe.

Remain in this precious silence,

In this space of light between one leaf and the other one,

And absorb the color of the sky within you.

Breathe the sky within you.

How do you feel?

Where do you feel the sky inside of you?

Now observe your breath,

A very slow breath,

And notice the subtle silence that arises between one inhalation and the next exhalation.

Breathe effortlessly,

Softly.

Try to connect with this silence.

And what do you feel in this space between one breath and the other one?

What sensations do you have?

And in this silence you finally have access to what is beyond the time-space,

To that infinite window where everything is possible.

Where everything is possible.

Where you find a connection with the higher dimensions.

Where the right answers for you exist.

Stay here.

Listen to the connection with your true essence.

It is here that you meet the eternal part of you that guides your true choices.

It is not in your thoughts.

It is not in your emotions either.

And it is not even in your body.

The eternal part of you is in that window,

In that corridor of sky where everything happens.

Breathe.

In that corridor of heaven where everything is possible.

Breathe slowly.

And this is where your body cells connect with the cells of cosmic space.

This is the source where you can nourish yourself.

Stay.

Observe the sensations you feel.

How do you feel?

Where do you feel?

Stay with the feeling of the horizon,

Of space,

Of space between breaths.

Stay in this emptiness.

In this emptiness full of every answer for you.

Feel yourself merging with this space to a point that it enters inside of you.

And even the thinnest layers of your skin fade.

You have the horizon inside of you.

You are one.

Slowly bring your attention back to the present moment and feel the weight of your body.

Its position in the space.

The space between yourself and the walls around you.

The space between your body and the ceiling.

And in your own time begin to stretch and lengthen.

Gentle movements.

Feel you can open your eyes and close this practice.
