My name is Irene.
Thanks for being here with me and for letting me guide you through that meditation.
I invite you to settle into a comfortable space where you are undisturbed.
You may sit down or lie down,
Whatever feels most comfortable for you right now.
So take your time to settle in.
Once you have arrived,
I invite you to feel your legs and to relax them.
Feel your arms and relax.
Feel your back and relax.
Feel your belly and your chest and relax.
Feel your shoulders,
Relax.
Feel your neck and your head,
Relax.
This is an invitation to completely let go and to follow my voice.
Notice your breath and let your breath flow just naturally in and out.
Just observe.
You can trust your breath and you can let go.
Now bring your focus to your heart center,
Center of feelings,
Emotions,
Love and joy.
How does your heart feel right now?
And maybe it is already changing just by the fact that you are paying attention to it.
So stay focused on your heart.
And now invite trust in.
Trust that whatever wants to show itself will just appear and the right moment,
The perfect moment will come to you.
So you will send an invitation out and you will invite a memory in,
A memory,
An experience,
A moment you lived where you felt completely at ease,
Just filled with joy,
Full of energy,
Where you felt 100% you and alive.
Let that happy,
Beautiful,
Joyful moment come to you.
And once you are there,
Take a look around.
Where are you?
Are you indoor or outdoor?
Are you maybe in a building or somewhere in nature?
Wherever it is,
It is all right.
This is your moment and you take a look around.
What can you see?
What colors?
What shapes?
How is the light?
What's the season?
Are you by yourself?
Are there someone with you?
Maybe a human or humans.
Maybe an animal or another being.
Take a few more moments to closely observe your surroundings and to take as many details as possible in.
Now I invite you to listen.
What can you hear?
Are there voices or sounds?
Maybe music or maybe there is silence.
Whatever it is,
Take your time to listen closely.
Now I invite you to smell the air around you.
Maybe there is a scent.
What can you smell?
And maybe there is also a taste,
A taste on your tongue that might be linked to the smell.
What can you taste?
And now focus on your body.
What can you feel?
Can you feel the ground beneath you?
And how does it feel?
Are there clothes on your skin?
How do they feel?
How does the air that surrounds you feel?
Is it warm?
Is it cold?
Explore the feelings on your skin.
And then you go deeper.
What can you feel inside your body?
How does your body feel right now in your moment?
What is the air?
Are there specific areas of your body that you can feel maybe in a specific way?
And what feelings and emotions are there right now in your moment?
How do you feel?
Do you feel love or joy or happiness or do you feel energized,
Lucky?
Whatever it might be,
Feel it.
And take a moment to just embrace whatever you feel.
And then bring it all together,
All these sensations.
Once again,
Take a look around and you see your surroundings,
Everything around you.
You take it all in.
You listen to all the sounds around you.
You smell the air.
What can you smell?
What can you taste?
And finally,
What can you feel?
And bring it all together.
This is your beautiful magic moment.
And all these feelings,
All these sensations are here for you and they stay with you.
They are yours to keep.
So now,
You once again focus on your heart center and this is your safe place that stores all these sensations,
All these beautiful sensations put together.
Your magic moment is stored in your heart space.
And it fills your heart space,
Fills it with beauty.
You are fulfilled and you know it's enough.
There is more than enough for yourself and for beings in your life,
For your surroundings.
And from your heart space,
You let that energy,
That beauty radiate outwards while still bathing in all these beautiful sensations yourself,
Taking it all in.
And you know this moment is yours to keep and whenever you wish to,
You can return to it.
It is now stored safely in your heart.
So bearing that in mind,
I now slowly invite you to take three deep breaths.
Breathe with me.
You feel your heart,
You feel your body,
You come back slowly to the present moment.
You feel the ground beneath you,
The air that surrounds you and if you wish to return to the rest of your day,
I invite you to slowly in your own time start moving your body in whichever way feels right for you now or else.
If you feel like sleeping and it is time for you to fade into sleep,
You're more than welcome to just stay as you are and to slowly drift off to sleep.
Either way,
