It's time for you to calm down, let go of your day and just be. Your body and mind are now allowed to slowly wind down as you gradually let go of any tension. I invite you to let my voice gently guide you into relaxation so that all thoughts fade away and your breathing becomes calmer. Feel how your body becomes heavier as you sink deeper and deeper into stillness. Give yourself permission to let go completely and gently drift off into a restful, peaceful sleep. Hello.

My name is Irene.

Thank you for being here with me.

This is your time to let go and to fade into sleep.

Your day is complete.

Whatever has happened is alright and now it is time to rest.

It is time to slowly fade into sleep.

There is nothing more to hold on to.

You are safe and you can just let go.

Your whole body gets warm and heavy and sinks deeper and deeper,

Deeper into the ground and even further it sinks into the arms of Mother Earth and you know you will be held.

You can let go.

You are allowed to just be because you are enough and this time,

This time while and this time of rest will make you a fuller human being.

It is part of what is meant to be.

The sun and the moon know about these cycles and your body knows as well and also your mind is allowed to rest now.

Resting your head and with your head you are resting your thoughts and they are allowed to sink into the arms of Mother Earth as well.

Your thoughts can rest now.

Your breath just flows in and out by itself,

Slowly and gently.

You don't have to do anything anymore.

This is your time to just let go and to just be.

You are safe.

Trust this.

Trust the moment and allow your thoughts to wander off and maybe to become the beginnings of dreams.

Just fade away,

Fade away.

You know that you will be alright and everything will be fine.

So just let go.

Just be.

You are safe.

You can just be.

You are allowed to rest.

Let go.

Good night.
