This exercise invites you to take a journey inwards, to your soul garden, your inner space of imagination. There you will get to know your soul tree and meet your main spirit animal, which embodies your soul potential. The soul garden reflects your inner being and offers space for realization, healing, and inner peace. During the journey, you are invited to trust and let go in order to intuitively receive solutions and insights. This safe place can be visited again and again to find inner balance and clarity. Welcome to today's exercise.

My name is Irene.

Today I will accompany you on a visit to your soul garden.

The concept of the soul garden can be found in various cultures.

It is the idea of an inner space of imagination.

Everything that is connected to you and to your life can be found in your soul garden.

All areas of your life have their own place there.

The soul garden is an inner space and shows itself in a special arrangement.

The landscape of your soul garden is a mirror of your being.

Your soul garden is closely connected to your subconscious.

You have the opportunity to go into your soul garden with questions,

Issues and problems and to go on a relaxed search for a solution.

I invite you to cultivate a basic attitude of trust,

Letting go and leaning back.

You simply allow solutions and insights to come to you.

You can also in your imagination invite people from your life into your soul garden in order to resolve issues with them.

The soul garden has the potential to give you peace,

Joy,

Realization,

Healing,

Growth,

Answers to questions,

As well as adventure.

Everything that happens inside your soul garden always has an impact on your life on the outside.

At the same time,

Your soul garden is a safe space.

Only you know where it is and how to get there.

It is always well protected and safe.

Today I will accompany you on your first journey into your soul garden.

It is an invitation to find your soul garden and to get to know your soul tree and your main spirit animal.

I'm looking forward to embarking on this journey with you.

Find a quiet place where you are undisturbed for a little while and where you feel at ease.

Sit down comfortably or lie down.

It is important that you can relax and let go completely.

Once you have found your place,

Close your eyes and go inwards.

I now invite you to feel and relax your body.

Relax your feet,

Your lower legs,

Your knees,

Your thighs,

Your hips,

Your pelvis,

Your buttocks,

Your lower back,

Your middle back,

Your upper back,

Your shoulder girdle,

Your shoulder blades,

Your upper arms,

Your elbows,

Your lower arms,

Your wrists,

Your hands and all ten fingers.

Relax your pelvis,

Your lower belly,

Your upper belly,

Your solar plexus,

The muscles of your rib cage,

Your breast.

Relax your neck,

Your throat,

The back of your head,

The top of your head,

Your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your jaw,

Your cheeks,

All the muscles of your face.

Relax your head,

Relax your whole body.

If you can,

Breathe through your nose.

Just let the breath flow in and out and allow plenty of time for each breath.

For the inhalation,

The exhalation and also for the natural pauses that happen between your breaths.

Observe how your breathing calms down more and more.

Now it is time to reflect about an intention or question.

Your intention for today's session could be something like this.

I would like to get to know my soul garden today,

Rest by my soul tree and meet my main spirit animal.

It could also be something totally unique.

Take some time to reflect about this and then repeat your intention or your question to yourself.

I now invite you to lean back and to trust that the perfect images will just show themselves.

The next thing to do now is to find the entrance to your soul garden.

Think about a place in the real world,

A place that comes to your mind,

A place you know,

A place you have already been to.

Search within yourself for a place that would be a good starting point to take the journey into your soul garden.

Preferably a place within nature.

Take your time for this.

Once you have found your place,

Find the entrance.

It can be a passageway,

A door that you walk through.

It could also be a path that you take or a jump that you make to reach your soul garden.

Just use your imagination and find out how to get from your place to your soul garden.

When you are ready,

Enter your soul garden.

And as you do so,

You are entering the ground floor of your soul garden.

You will immediately notice that there is a tree in the center.

This tree is your soul tree.

Take your time to see it and then to slowly approach your soul tree.

Come closer and look at the tree.

Come closer and look at it.

What kind of tree is it?

How big is it?

What is its trunk,

Its bark like?

Look at its crown,

Its leaves or its needles.

And then also make contact with its roots.

Feel them or maybe you can even see them.

There are no limits to your imagination in the soul garden.

So maybe you can see through the soil and see the roots of your tree.

Those roots symbolize your ancestors.

All those who came before you and who made sure that you are here.

Make contact with these roots.

Make contact with these roots.

What else do you notice about the tree?

Take a few deep breaths here by your soul tree and breathe in the air.

What can you smell?

Is there a smell in the air?

Can you maybe taste something?

What can you hear?

Listen to the sounds that surround you.

And what do you feel?

Perhaps you want to touch the tree.

Feel its bark.

Now you have a little more time for your soul tree.

Spend it in a way that is right for you.

Maybe you want to rest here for a while.

Maybe you need to move.

In any case,

Stay in contact with your tree.

Now it is time to get in touch with your main spirit animal.

Your main spirit animal embodies you in your soul potential.

You can now call it to you in your own way.

Trust that it will show itself when the time is right for you to meet.

Even if it doesn't show itself today,

That is totally fine.

Then just give it time.

Because perhaps the time has not yet come.

But now,

Still,

You are welcome to send out an inner invitation to your spirit animal to show itself.

When your spirit animal appears,

Get in contact with it.

Maybe you already know your spirit animal.

Maybe you are just getting to know each other right now.

Neither is fine.

Take your time to get to know each other.

Exchange ideas,

Exchange some words.

Make a connection.

Maybe you want to talk.

Maybe you want to touch.

Whatever it is.

Take your time.

And be present with your spirit animal.

Your spirit animal is now your companion in your soul garden for all your future visits.

It is now time to,

For now,

Say goodbye to your soul garden.

Before you leave your garden,

Know that you can return here whenever you wish to.

And each time you return,

You will get to know your soul garden a little more.

And it will take on more and more shape.

So,

Now,

Say goodbye to your soul tree.

Look at it once more and feel it with all your senses.

You know that you will return here when the time comes.

Say goodbye to your spirit animal.

Thank it for its time,

For this encounter.

If you haven't met it today,

Remember,

This is fine and it might show itself at your next visit.

Before you leave,

Ask your spirit animal to protect the entrance.

You leave your soul garden the same way you came.

And you return to the place from which you left.

You carry the experiences of today with you.

And you have them as a new resource to accompany you in your everyday life.

When you are ready,

Slowly return to your body.

Feel where you touch the ground.

Feel the air around you.

Take three long and deep breaths.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes and come back to the present moment.

Thank you for letting me be your guide on this journey to your soul garden.
