4-7-8 Breathing is a powerful technique for bringing your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation. It helps you to reduce stress, calm your mind and find inner balance. In this exercise, you will be gently guided through 20 breaths in which you consciously inhale, hold your breath and slowly exhale.
