Welcome to today's meditation.
Today's meditation is going to be a practice that helps you navigate through the intensity,
The density,
The heaviness of your emotions and your thoughts when you feel like you are in a storm,
In the chaos,
And all you are really seeking is that peace and that calmness.
And so in this meditation,
We are going to focus on zooming out and becoming the observer of what is happening.
Zooming out of our mind,
Zooming out of our emotional state,
Zooming out of our physical body and observing what's happening.
And this is aligning you to the state that you already are,
Which is consciousness.
We are all consciousness observing our human life.
And in this meditation,
I'm going to teach you this technique of observational meditation.
A technique to help you get there.
Okay?
So anytime you are feeling like life is very heavy,
Like your thoughts are really heavy,
Like your emotions are just too much and you need a moment to ground yourself,
To anchor yourself back into that inner peace that already exists into the completeness,
The wholeness that you already are.
I want you to find yourself back to this meditation practice.
So as we begin our practice,
I want you to find a comfortable spot.
Keeping your body relaxed.
Comfortable.
Stress-free,
Allowing yourself to be seated upright if you can,
Or laying down.
Allowing the top of your head where your crown chakra is all the way to the root of you where your pelvic area is to be aligned and upright just straight.
Find yourself in this spot.
If you are able to,
Go ahead and close your eyes or bring a soft gaze to a spot that is comfortable for you.
And we are going to begin with grounding our breath.
And so begin with just bringing awareness to your breath,
Bringing awareness to you.
Your state of being right now.
Connect with your breath.
And just bring observation to your breath.
And how it makes you feel,
How it is shifting your state of being maybe.
Or maybe even defining your state of being right now.
And as you connect with your breath.
Also bring the awareness and connection into your belly.
And we're going to do some deep diaphragmatic breathing.
So breathe into your belly.
A long inhale into your belly.
You can even count for three or four.
Pause,
Hold your breath for a few seconds.
And now long exhale out,
Maybe even count,
Count to five or six.
Fully exhaling out.
We're going to do this two more times.
Inhale into your belly.
Long inhale in.
Pause.
And long exhale out.
And once more,
Long inhale in to the belly.
Pause.
Long exhale out and this time if you need to release you can take a long exhale through your mouth Beautiful.
And throughout this meditation,
I want you to stay connected with your breath if you feel like anything is uncomfortable.
As you stay connected with your breath.
Allow yourself to find a safe space,
Feel comfortable within the present moment.
Need to create a bubble,
Whatever it is just find yourself in what feels safe and comfortable for you.
Allow your nervous system to fall into you.
A regulated place where it feels safe.
We're able.
To move through this meditation with ease and you can even Whisper to yourself,
I am safe.
I am ready to discover.
What it is.
I need to in today's meditation.
And with that intention,
We will dive deeper into finding this inner peace,
This calmness that is always with you.
And I want you to just allow yourself to observe right now.
Just observe what's happening within your body,
What's happening with your mind,
What's happening with your observations,
With your emotions.
Just observe all of these things,
Sensations,
Anything around you,
And we're going to move through a body scan.
To ground ourselves further into this meditation.
And so I want you to just imagine this beautiful light.
The light can be of any color you choose.
I like to use white.
And imagine this white light just floating down onto your toes.
From your toes moving up to your ankles.
Down there.
You're mid-bat.
You're about me.
Your heart center,
Your chest,
Your upper back,
Your shoulders moving further down.
Your shoulders into your arms.
Into your biceps,
Your elbows.
Your wrists,
Into your hands.
Now life floating further back up into your shoulders,
Into your neck muscles,
Into your jaw.
Your face around your nose around your eyes within your third eye and finally on top of your head Just.
.
.
Observing your entire body.
Feeling it.
Being illuminated by this beautiful light.
Allow yourself to relax.
Zoom out a little bit more.
Little bit more and I want you to find yourself in this space where you feel whole and you feel complete.
Nothing is missing,
Nothing is lacking,
Nothing was lost.
It is all available in this space.
Maybe it feels like this beautiful radiant light that was floating above you is now you.
You are that light.
You're just.
.
.
Observing your body with awe,
With gratitude,
With love.
Pouring all that love from your consciousness down Drive your body.
You start to feel.
Separated.
And the space between you and your thoughts and your emotions and the sensations that you felt so attached to maybe previously before.
And I want you to just find.
Spirit to yourself,
I am consciousness,
I am whole,
I am complete.
I am consciousness,
I am whole,
I am complete.
Every breath,
I am consciousness,
I am whole,
I am complete.
And let's do that two more times.
I am consciousness,
I am whole,
I am complete.
I am consciousness,
I am whole,
I am complete.
Allow yourself to float back.
Float back into your body.
Feeling into the calmness the peace that was just created.
Allow that to just be your state of being.
Allow yourself to bring yourself back to your normal breath.
And slowly,
You can bring your awareness back to this time and place.
To this present moment,
You can bring movement to your hands,
To your feet.
And with that,
We will end today's meditation.
I hope that this was helpful for you.
Like I said,
Come back anytime you're feeling like you just need a little bit more calmness in your life or you feel like things are chaotic.
I am here for you.
I love you.
Peace,
Love and light.
Namaste.
