Good morning beautiful souls.

Today's meditation will be a practice where we do a little bit of grounding work and we practice on positive affirmations and this meditation can help you in the morning or even in the evening when you are feeling a little bit out of alignment and this meditation will be really good for you to practice to get back into that alignment and get back into really grounding into your roots and so a lot of times what happens is that we we're doing so many things throughout the day and we're you know active or we might be engaging in a lot of different conversations and so many thoughts that go through our mind and we don't take a minute to to pause and a lot of times we take on the energies of other people or we might take on the thoughts of other people and this might manifest within our body or within our reality in different ways and it's good to come back to ourselves and it's good to come back to our own grounding and our own energy and understand where we are and who we are so that we can we can feel that peace from within and so today's meditation is going to to provide you that along with some affirmations that can help you if you're feeling out of the funk and you kind of just need something to come back to you and just affirm that all that positivity and raise your vibration to get back into get back into your own alignment and get back into where you need to be and so let's begin we're going to begin with bringing our attention to our body and with every meditation that I that I guide you through you can select your position or your favorite position for today if that is laying down go ahead and lay down if you want to sit cross-legged on the floor or if you want to sit on a chair whatever works for you go ahead and find that perfect position for you today in this moment to get into this meditation and as you get into that position bring your awareness to your body really get comfortable enough that you're able to dive in words but not too comfortable that you fall asleep so just find that comfort level for you with your body right now trust any messages that's coming up for you from your body don't force just allow yourself to fall into a position that works for you and as you do I want you to bring your awareness to your breath now and we're going to be taking a few breaths together so that we can get into a calmer state so I want you to take a big deep inhale in as you inhale in really expand your belly out as much as you can and hold that breath and now exhale very slowly and you can go ahead and exhale through your mouth letting go of anything that doesn't belong with you right now in this moment and we're going to take another deep inhale in and hold your breath and now exhale out very slowly good one more time deep inhale in hold that breath now exhale out slowly exhale out slowly now if there's any thoughts that are going through your mind that are kind of taking you to another place I want you to detach yourself from these thoughts imagine them as clouds or cars just passing by and if at any moment through this meditation you feel as if your thoughts are taking you somewhere else or you just kind of feel very uncomfortable try to bring your attention back and your awareness back to your breath and you can count your breaths so you can count um inhale one inhale exhale two inhale two exhale three however you want to do it you can go ahead and count and that'll kind of break the cycle of whatever thoughts or whatever loop that you're in with your thoughts um to something else before we dive inwards just take a moment to bring your attention to your body become aware of any discomfort that's in your body right now any pain that you have maybe go ahead and breathe into those areas as well and so let's take a deep inhale in hold your breath and as you exhale really release imagine you're releasing pressure or the pain or the discomfort from the areas of your body beautiful and all of this is ways to allow you to get to a calmer state so that when we dive deeper into your grounding and what your grounding means to you you're able to actually do that deep discovery it's really about peeling layers and going deeper and deeper but in order for us to do that we have to create a safe bubble a safe haven for us to do so and so now i want you to affirm to yourself i am safe and i am ready to dive deeper i am safe and i am ready to dive deeper now i want you to pinpoint an area within your consciousness within your aura within your layers of your energetic body i want you to just pinpoint the area where grounding the word grounding comes from many of us that could be the bottom where we're sitting it could be where root chakra is located the bottom of our pelvic pelvic bone our pelvic muscles for others it could be our feet whatever it is i want you to just pinpoint so you have a visual of what where you feel grounding enters into your body so when i say the word grounding just listen listen to that word and see where that comes from and wherever that that is i want you to now where you put that point i want you to i want you to just imagine that there's a light that's shining on that point and it could be a dim light and if it's if it is we're going to expand that light out so it becomes brighter and brighter and brighter and brighter now as we breathe in take a deep inhale in and exhale out i want you to imagine that you're breathing in this fresh air this fresh energy through the area that you've pinpointed as you breathe in the light just expands more and more just becomes bigger and bigger and your sense of feeling grounded becomes even more you feel even more stable than you did before you have even more clarity than you did before you know exactly what you're supposed to be doing you know exactly the reason why you selected this meditation today allow that fresh energy to come in well allow this space that you've created this room that you've created allow it to now flourish that could look like anything if you're getting any sort of visuals and now i want you to ask yourself this area that you've created the area that you've pinpointed as feeling grounded i want you to go ahead and ask it what else do i need today to feel grounded i want you to just go ahead and give yourself whatever it is believe whatever answer comes up first trust it trust your intuition and provide whatever it has asked you now i want you to ask another question what in my day what activities in my day take me away from feeling grounded what activities in my day what if anything else take me away from feeling grounded and what if it comes up i want you to just let it let it be just the answers that are coming up for you right now and as these answers come up for you and you provide for yourself and for your soul you can see this light just getting bigger and bigger and it kind of illuminates your space your physical space it illuminates your body your energetic body your spirit it's as if your consciousness now is connected to source energy and source energy is just beaming this beautiful white light all over you all over your body just rejuvenating and rejuvenating and renewing you and as it does so the area where you feel grounded you feel fresh energy just flowing through whatever had you in misalignment whatever had you feeling a little bit out of whack is now gone and you are back into alignment you are now grounded you now also have discovered what makes you feel grounded and what doesn't make you feel grounded and with this new realization you can go about your days practicing those things that make you feel grounded and maybe eliminating some of the things that make you feel less grounded and as this white light radiates through you and around you some positive vibrations just raising your vibrations even higher and higher and now i want you to repeat after me as we affirm some positive affirmations together together i am safe i am safe i am grounded with this fresh energy from source that radiates through my body i am grounded with this fresh energy from source that radiates through my body i am whole and complete i am whole and complete i feel alive and ready to take on my day i am alive and ready to take on my day and then the last one that will affirm together i am love and light and the light that radiates through and illuminates my aura my soul is the same light from source energy i am love and light and the light that radiates and illuminates my aura and soul is the same light from source energy i am a part of source energy i am a part of source energy beautiful and now as we come to the end of our practice i want you to bring your attention back to your physical space maybe if you need to move your body a little bit your toes your fingers your neck whatever it is go ahead and do so bring your awareness back to the sounds around you you there's dogs barking like there's for me or maybe there's birds chirping maybe there's distant voices bring your attention back to all of that when you're ready slowly open your eyes i thank you all for joining today's
