Welcome to tonight's stream.
It's called from emotional triggers to inner treasures or from triggers to treasures for short or in fact also as I trust you will begin to realize as you delve into this awareness further that in fact triggers are treasures that triggers are treasures and that will hopefully become clear as we explore this subject a little bit further if you've watched the replay of the live stream that I did called transmuting fear into love which is number six on my profile and in type timer then great but if you haven't don't worry we can cover some of the basics fairly quickly the key to the whole of this process and opening to spiritual self-realization which is what everything I'm share with the world is understanding recognizing and embracing the power of awareness and that awareness is always always always with us even if it feels like it isn't at times and I was going to start with a few questions actually but I mean I know the answers that the key the questions were well is there anybody here that has never been triggered in their lives never been emotionally triggered and of course we all know the answer to that at some point at some stage in your life you will have experienced an emotional trigger and everybody does is there anybody here who fully understands why that happens why that happens do you really understand why that is or is it something that it just happens and we don't understand and we become very much the emotion the trigger and get lost in it because that happens to us and I guess everybody here has probably experienced that to one degree or another so suppressed emotion that services crystal that's that's certainly part of it for sure so I'm gonna I'm gonna unpack that as well white happens and then as anybody yet and some of you who did the 28-day meditation program and are now committing to the three-month program may have started to see this as anybody yet started to see these triggers as actually gifts as invitations as opportunities to deepen awareness because that's what they are as surprising as it might seem Lee blossom yes you all did the program and Chant it yes you did the program as well so yes you started to see them as opportunities invitations to yes Linda also did the program as well good so there's a few people that have started to recognize that and this this one thing to recognize that a trigger is in fact a treasure or an opportunity or the word I will most often use an invitation is key this fundamental kind like a paradigm shift is key to being able to deal with them because if the response to an emotional trigger is that you become the emotion you become completely embroiled and embraced in it then it's actually very difficult as all of us will have experienced to move through it and beyond it but if you can open to this possibility that it is in fact an invitation to dissolve and resolve something that's unresolved within you then this is a really fundamental first step to take to move from it being something that challenges you and something that you want to go away as quickly as possible through to a deeper realization of the peace the peace within so just for now even if it doesn't make any sense to you whatsoever be open to the possibility that actually these triggers are in fact treasures and that they're an invitation to a deeper awareness for those who haven't managed to watch or listen to should I say the replay transmuting fear into love there's a fundamental awareness that I share in that stream and we do a process of recognizing awareness as part of it and I'll do that again shortly the fundamental awareness and you might want to jot this down folks it's a really important sentence because this captures the essence not only of moving from triggers to treasures but really it also captures the essence of spiritual self-realization as well and it goes like this thought cannot heal your pain presence will transform it I'll say that again thought cannot heal your pain presence will transform it and let's just unpack that briefly for a fuller explanation of that insight do listen to the replay number six transmuting fear into love thought cannot heal your pain how many of us have been through endless thought processes about things that have happened in our lives and ultimately never come to a resolution of it and the answer to that again I'm not looking for responses is many many many many people across the whole globe go through that process because it's part of the conditioning that we all go through right from the moment you're born and even to some degree whilst you're in the womb and even if you want to get into past lives even from that as well so Thor is not the answer analysis is not the answer the second clue is in the second part presence will transform it thought cannot heal your pain presence will transform it and what is this presence this presence is goes by various names that I use awareness awareness but I'll most commonly refer to it that the source of awareness as infinite silence infinite silence for as the true nature of the self is realized it will be seen that it is in fact infinite and it's also silent and it's also the birthplace of awareness beingness form and so forth so this presence the key then everybody wants to understand that as I've shared this message over the years is how to how to move beyond move through dissolve and resolve these emotional trig triggers that I'm calling treasures the emotional blocks that's the key question everybody wants to know how to and ultimately and this might seem surprising to you although what I'm going to describe to you will feel at first like a process and I'm going to outline some key pointings or what will appear to be steps to you shortly but ultimately the process is effortless ultimately the process is effortless and it may take a little bit of time a little bit of working with this to get to that effortless place and that's perfectly okay that's perfectly okay go taking baby steps on the journey to this awareness this realization so I'm just adjusting my camera that because I've noticed because I've had to change the camera I've now got a halo above me head from the studio light so so I will outline what will appear to be steps but ultimately what we're going to be open to is that ultimately it's effortless and it's through the power of awareness alone through the power of awareness alone that this transition from a moat an emotional trigger to an inner treasure will take place through the power of awareness alone and I just want to note for those of you are new to my sharing and I think there's a few people in addition to the live replays that are already on my profile on insight timer as I've mentioned several times already transmuting fear into love another one is emotions and blocks that's another replay of a live stream also relevant is the one on relationships and also relevant is the trust the heart one so there's four key ones out of 14 replays actually they're all relevant but those would be the ones if I had to say four of them it would be those four that are particularly relevant for different reasons but ultimately they're all all relevant I'm just gonna see if there's anything burning from questions okay I can see some things coming up don't worry don't worry okay so the first part in this is that it I'm gonna do it take you into an exercise to begin to recognize this shortly is you know we can go through life and perhaps if we're relatively fortunate that wrote things are relatively stable then thing you know you might be a moseying along on life walking down the street and not the world everything's pretty much okay with the world or it may be that you're feeling already somewhat challenged the key though is to recognize let's say you know everything's okay with the world and then suddenly an event happens somebody says something something happens you see something you get some news or whatever it is and then suddenly for out of nowhere it appears an emotion arises and even if you're in that space now there was a time it will be true for everybody there won't be a even if it's been around for some time there was a time when this was not here when this emotion was not here so it can be a very immediate thing an event happens somebody says something somebody does something and suddenly there's a let's say just for the sake of argument a strong emotion like a wave has arisen a tsunami of emotion has arisen and it's gone from here from not being here at all and suddenly it's here right in front of us it's really strong very intense now what was it that saw that happen one minute there was no emotion few moments later strong emotion strong emotional energies here and there was a transition from that from one state to another what was it that saw that can report that can say that that happened what was that that was awareness yes shanti that was awareness now just close your eyes for a moment and I'm going to give you a little exercise just to help you to start to recognize what I'm talking about here so it's really good if you can just close your eyes for a moment as you close your eyes just begin to recognize the various phenomena that are here in your body they could be physical sensations it could be the breath it could even be thoughts are here there could be feelings there could be emotions all of these phenomena of different types different sorts maybe at different locations different parts of the body and yet all of them can be noticed even compartmentalized recognized and over time keeping your eyes closed all of these can change they may go from strong to weak they may be intense or completely disappear they may be up and down like waves they're always changing they're always moving and yet there's a presence that is simply watching them there's a presence that's simply watching them and that presence is awareness now the question is if these are changing the waves are arising and falling away whether it be physical mental emotional listen energetic sensations is that which sees them recognizes these things and can report them is that which sees is aware of these phenomena is he affected by the phenomena themselves is that which is aware of the phenomena the emotion is he affected by the phenomena good Tracy saying not affected Sue sings not affected and even if you can't recognize that right now you will eventually come to see that the answer to that question is that that which witnesses is aware of the phenomena is watching the phenomena of what I call the green screen of consciousness just like in the movies it is not affected not affected this is great news in as far as our journey tonight is concerned because if this awareness is not affected by the appearance and the changing of the phenomena then this gives us an absolute rock-steady stable essence presence to witness what is happening in front of awareness on the screen of consciousness and this one this one awareness but I'm pointing out right here now is enough to transmute to transform anything and everything in as far as these emotional triggers are concerned it is a completely rock-steady infinite source of energy and power that's within that as you trust that and you will go on a journey of trust effortlessly this emotional wave even if it's quite an intense one that has arisen is simply watched felt fully and I'm going to summarize this again for you in a minute and witnessed there's only one thing that's going to happen eventually is and that wave will simply dissolve be transmuted by the power of that awareness it will simply it's like a vibration that returns to silence every sound returns to silence every vibration it turns out and emotions are vibrations energy in motion just by simply resting as awareness watching as awareness letting the phenomena be there that vibration will return to silence will dissolve not only that by trusting that awareness it will actually also dissolve the root essence of whatever's here now with no effort at all no effort at all such is the power of the awareness within and like I say many on many machines it's not about believing anything I say about spiritual self-realization ultimately it will be seen to be thus and you will recognize that and so belief is not necessary so belief is not necessary so this very simple exercise that we've just done is not only the key to dissolving the emotional triggers it's the key to meditation it's the key to spiritual self-realization it's the key to inner peace because you will see eventually that this unchanging awareness as one deepens into it that you are in fact it you are in fact it and it always have been it and have never not been it and that it's actually infinite in nature and it's beyond time beyond space beyond form and that in fact in truth you are that you are that so this one simple exercise that I've just done that's the key to meditation is the key to dissolving the emotional triggers it's the key to life it's the key to spiritual self-realization it's the key to inner peace and it is so profoundly simple it is so profoundly simple mind might go it can't possibly be this simple I have news my friends it is this simple because this piece that you are seeking is in fact that which you already are not only that actually you the true essence that you are is the in fact the source of the experience of peace I'm just going to just check if there's any questions here just before is it a matter of staying with it until it passes yes is the short answer to that Tracy and I'm going to go on so that in a moment yes is the short answer shanti says Philip what does it mean if the same wave emotion keeps arising time over time in weeks a month is it a case of trust and keeping opening sure answer that shanti yes often often these things come in waves to be deal with all of it in one go can be is possible it's definitely possible however awareness is such that it knows what you're ready for to face any one time and more often than not for most people it will typically come in waves and that will continue to happen but we trust and opening more and more of that will eventually be dissolved and resolved and eventually it will completely disappear like this oh no I missed the key can you briefly summarize the key Jessica is awareness the key is awareness and if you missed the little exercise that I did at the beginning of this stream this will be available as a replay at some point but I do that exercise in my replay transmuting fear into love on my profile but we're going to go into it again shortly okay so awareness is the key you are awareness awareness is untouched by the phenomena as we've hopefully begun to start to see in that little exercise that we've done the rest is only detail the rest is only detail from here folks and I'll give you some of that detail to help you because mind likes to know stuff it likes to know processes and steps but eventually that you will see naturally that none of those there are no steps and there are no ultimately no processes either but if I unpack it in this way for you it'll help you open to it so I'm going to give you and you might want to just jot these down for your own benefit I'm going to give you two lots of five things I could use many number of many different words with this to point out different aspects of this that you will eventually see but I've kind of wanted to capture it in five on if you like two sides of an equation to help you so let's say an emotional trigger has arisen or emotion is here my first list of five is on what I call the allowing side the allowing you might want to put a heading allowing the first allowing is to stop allow yourself to stop because I'm not dive into and become the emotion the trigger that's a moment of choice emotion arises more often than not because conditioning we become the emotion and get completely lost in it the invitation here is to stop just to stop and go whoa what just happened here one minute there was no emotion now there is what am I gonna do and that leads me to my second one so the first one was to stop we're gonna recognize awareness so number two recognize awareness something spotted that transition from no emotion to intense emotion what was that it was awareness it was awareness so point to recognize awareness point three on the allowing side allow yourself to feel it fully do not run away do not fight it don't don't wish it wasn't here allow it to be felt fully but but but but but and this leads me to the next one number four witness it witness it witness means watch it means allow it to be there fully I means allow it to be felt fully but it also means do not become the phenomena the emotion just simply recognize it as an energy in motion do not fear it do not fight it just feel it witness it so we've got to four four was witness number five on the allowing side trust what is it we're trusting the unchanging awareness trust the unchanging awareness because it never changes is untouched and unmoved and unblemished it can come completely and utterly be trusted and that trust will eventually become unknowing so that's our five stop recognize awareness feel witness trust I've given you in five steps really it's all one but I've given it you in five so you can recognize some parts to it okay I'm really cool with that I can see that you've been saying that you've donated their Lee but it's not showing up it might be issues with Apple pay and things like that but don't worry so that's the five on the allowing side I've got a side I'm calling another five I'm calling sort of no I've got this no because there are some things that are very important that you don't allow to happen here so to speak so my five knows are no believing no believing firstly that you are the emotion you are the appearance remember awareness was unaffected and it appeared and there's something more permanent you can't be the emotion so when you say I am feeling emotional you suddenly become the emotion rather than it being an appearance no believing you are the emotion instead going back to the number five in the previous list trust you are awareness so no believing to very important no trying allowed no trying no trying to solve it no trying to run away from it no trying to fix it no trying whatsoever remember the allowing side it's all about like no trying number two number three no judging no judging this emotion as good bad indifferent wishing it wasn't here no blaming this is part of judging no blaming another for it no judging whatsoever very very important just simply accepting in other words so no judging equals accepting so that's three my fourth no is no analysis no trying to figure out what the hell just happened no trying to wish it wasn't here no try to fight it no trying to blip you know going back to the blaming work out where it come from who's to blame all that no analysis none forget analysis and I do realize by the way that some of these things at first may seem to be easier said than done but bear with this no analysis that's number four and my fifth no is no hoping hoping for some something better hoping it would go quicker hoping that this hadn't happened or hoping it won't happen again in the future or whatever with words you want to put beyond hoping drop that completely the reason no hoping is important is remember awareness is unchanging unmoving untouched unblemished and there's no need for hope with awareness it is always here and it's never not here it's not some future based state that we're looking for it's already here so we now have two lots of five and I only mentioned these as kind of tools to help you in the journey kind of my allowing side and no don't do this side because it's just gonna make it worse for you so really cool with those you don't have to physically remember these don't try and mentally process it I'm just giving you them as pointers as pointers let me just quickly look at the comments just to make sure that there's nothing I'm missing your question whoa yeah okay videos good good good okay so everybody seems to be cool with that so far so with our two sets of five the allowing and no don't do that side coupled with our simple exercise that recognizing that awareness is always here that awareness is always here and it's untouched and unmoved by whatever is appearing on the green screen of consciousness now we're on to a game changer because this and this alone is what's going to bring about the transformation this awareness and this awareness alone is what's going to bring about the transformation the dissolution of the emotional triggers and traumas and the beliefs behind it and it won't involve you doing anything ultimately it will involve effortless grace effortless grace such is the power of this awareness such is the power of this awareness I've shared this message with people from all over the world over many years now I've seen such transitions in people and those that took part in the 28-day program are now embracing the three-month program all available freely from the resources and insight timer are starting to see the benefits of this and in fact I want to just read with you a little experience that was shared in the group today from blossom this is just one of many we could cite just bear with me a moment I'll just find it who found this sharing I can't remember when it was now blossom probably was February was it or something okay anyway let me just find okay so I'm gonna give you this experience because what happened here we what blossom shed is exactly the process I'm talking about of transmuting fear into love it manifested in this case in being unmotivated being very stiff and generally kind of you know things were a bit a bit of a struggle and she'd only been doing very very short meditations each day in awareness appeared and I'm gonna read here directly now today I knew I needed to go back to doing long meditations when I got the urge to do the one and a half hour which is the longest meditation I've got recorded on insight family by the way this doesn't always take one and a half hours sometimes it can be minutes but anyway in this event she did one and a half hour meditation using one of the infinite silence meditations on my profile in the she says I had a bit of trouble to remain in awareness I had lots of involuntary body movements and that's quite normal by the way I was even called to stand up and move and shake my body good then felt some Kundalini type energy moving up and beyond the crown chakra and she felt lots of tingling sensations on the top of her head followed by seeing pixelated patterns and then total darkness and regressed and went back into her mother's womb became molecules and shot out into the universe and integrated amongst the stars suddenly I felt oneness there was so much love there I felt that I am one with everything and every and everyone I cried I felt a strong energy travel slowly from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet like receiving a download my youthful self no gray hair appeared and I was smiling smiling sorry smiling back at me and I cried out loud I love you suddenly my head and shoulders started to warm up the warmth traveled down the whole of my body and my body felt amazing absolute bliss the ting sha bells rang which is what they do at the end of the meditations and I couldn't believe an hour and a half I'd gone by my body stiffness has reduced greatly and I'm locked back now to doing longer meditations and I why that was quite a profound experience that blossom had there and to be fair she's been doing these meditations now for quite a bit of time and it's been embracing this since she found this sharing in February but that that's described there is exactly the process of transmuting fear into love in action admittedly in quite a powerful and profound way but such is the power of this awareness the opening to the power of infinite silence infinite awareness infinite consciousness and the transition that she experienced in that hour and a half journey is quite phenomenal but it's also a function of the degree of commitment that I've seen her put to this and you are gonna have to commit to this you are gonna ultimately have to commit to this and be open to face whatever's here and witness it and allow it to dissolve but if you're prepared to do that and trust this unchanging awareness there's only going to be one thing that happens is that ultimately your awareness will deepen and deepen and deepen and you will start to recognize that in fact as blossom has begun to recognize in quite a profound way that you are in fact this infinite awareness and there is in fact that is in fact the source of love the infinite silence the perfume of which is peace love grace gratitude and that every single emotional trigger that's built up in your emotional body is actually an invitation to move into that space to move through that trust the power of awareness and deepen into it and then all that no longer serves you in the emotional body or the pain body will simply and effortlessly of its own accord by virtue of the awareness that you are will be dissolved and resolved ultimately no effort required out first you're gonna have to practice a little bit and go with it but if you can trust trust trust trust and then trust some more and then keep on trusting this awareness the conclusion of this is the realization of the self and you don't need to believe me on that it will become ultimately self-evident it will become self-evident so let me just have a quick look at anything else that's okay nothing too burning I can go and see so we now have our tools awareness is the key we're going to allow allow hello and I gave you five parts to that stop recognize awareness feel fully witness and trust and what we're not gonna do is believe we are the trigger we're not gonna try we're not gonna judge we're not gonna analyze and we're not gonna hope for something else plane sailing from here and yes it may take a few steps for you to get to this space but if you can prepare to embark on this journey awareness is the key awareness is the key and you are awareness infinite awareness infinite silence no need to believe anything I say about it it will become self-evident and this self is the true self house infinite silence like this like this and this is why triggers are treasures because basically life is a perfect circle and it's saying you know what you've been carrying this inside you for too long now now is the time to face it witness it dissolve it resolve it and move into a deeper space of peace and that's why these triggers are treasures and the inner treasures you will start to recognize just like in blossoms experience recognizing the oneness of the universe and recognizing that that beauty that she's described there is beyond words beyond time beyond space and that you in fact are it this is the journey and this is why the triggers are the treasures were it not for that then you could be moseying moseying along and so forth and actually this is where the suffering is part of the opening to the deeper peace it's not here to beat you about the head it's here as an invitation to recognize that there is an awareness a presence a stillness a silence that is beyond and before all of this every single phenomena and you are already it good enough talking enough talking let me now guide you using the infinite silence meditation of which there are seven versions on my profile and in insight timer one quarter of an hour fully guided no gaps through to the hour and a half one that blossom used where there's the same amount of guidance but big gaps between them in steps 15 minutes 22 minutes 29 minutes 40 60 an hour and a quarter an hour and a half and that's to take you on a journey to become more and more comfortable we recognizing awareness so you start perhaps with the fully guided one and then there's more silent spaces and then there's even more silence and then there's even more silence and eventually you'll be able to simply just rest as awareness so what we're going to do now is a guided meditation infinite silence meditation which is basically the same meditation irrespective of whatever's here emotional trigger whatever's here that same awareness as the power to dissolve and resolve it all so we're going to use it in the context of dissolving triggers but irrespective of what's here it's the same meditation there's no different approaches it's all about awareness awareness awareness awareness awareness have I said that enough it's about awareness that's all that's all only one ultimately although I'll give you ten things the key one awareness it is unchanging or moving untouched unblemished and you are it so Sue says that the challenge for me will be not to be scared of it not to panic to trust and that is a challenge that a few people come across series so you're not alone in that but I'm not sure if it was you earlier I think it might have been actually that recognized that the awareness and if it wasn't it doesn't matter was that which saw the phenomena the fear the emotion was untouched by it if you choose to go with the emotion and become it then for sure it's going to be very challenging undoubtedly challenging but if you can and that's why my first word on my first list of five was stop stop stop stop stop stop and then you remember the second word recognize awareness hang on a minute it wasn't there now it is something sorry appear that was awareness this is the key for you soon it's the key for everybody all the other points I mentioned are just detail just detail so are you good folks are you good to have a meditation and if there is emotion here for you now sometimes it comes up you know in these sessions that we do together and even if there's nothing here for you now emotionally just go through this process be open to recognizing awareness and I'll do it in such a way that let's say there may be emotion here for some people so I'll guide it in such a way that perhaps for some people there may be something here that will await seeking to dissolve and resolve I'll do it in this way it's a way of using this meditation in that context okay so let's go with this let's close our eyes and I'll take it in steps we'll do the recognizing awareness exercise first which I don't necessarily always do as at the start of the infinite silence meditation but it really is fundamental integral to it and then we'll develop the meditation and if there is something here for you now or something crops up in the meditation just feel it and allow it and witness feel allow witness okay let's go let's close our eyes and simply silently recognizing any phenomena here now physical sensations breath maybe this thoughts feelings emotions just simply recognize they are here accepting they are here no judgment they're just here being watched and we're going to be open to the truth that this that watches witnesses is untouched and unmoved by the phenomena by the troublesome emotion just watching and if there is emotion here just feel it don't judge it don't analyze it don't believe you are it don't try to fix it no hoping or wishing just simply silently witnessing and as you watch just be open from your heart to the energy and connection with the spheres nothing to analyze nothing to visualize just be open to this connection the energy of the spheres and we'll just be silent for a while and as you rest opening deeper to this witnessing presence this that I call the silent witness this is a little bit like a sliver of ice in an ocean of water and it's melting dissolving becoming one with the ocean effortlessly silently and the ocean is an ocean of infinite silence infinite awareness and it is this and this alone this unchanging silence this infinite awareness that we're going to trust trusting it absolutely utterly totally and this trust will become the knowing now it may be emotion stuff is still here that's okay allow it to be here feel it but do not become it just watch nothing else it's just energy in motion we're going to be open to letting all the labels go just watching witnessing feeling no matter how intense and we're even going to be open to dropping that word intense just watching feeling witnessing nothing at all to do nothing trusting only awareness that's all if things are changing moving increasing decreasing just watch just watch if insights come just watch don't analyze just watch if people come allow them to be there without judgment knowing they are automatically embraced by the power of this awareness totally without judgment indeed no judgment about you or anybody for anything just watching just witnessing complete and utter acceptance of what is whatever emerges just watch just trust for this awareness remains untouched unblemished unmoved no matter what happens it is always always always here and you are it nothing you have to do to be it no trying no efforting just watching neutrally silently and if emotion is still here that's okay just watch whatever's here just watch just witness effortless grace infinite silence this rarified atmosphere of silence transforms transmutes everything within and without effortlessly silently everything dissolves melts returns to silence nothing you have to do simply witness that's all in this timeless effortless essence all is transformed transmuted like this and know that this awareness never goes anywhere always here and you are it simple infinitely powerful effortless grace and it's within you now and you are it good and knowing even as we draw the formal part of the meditation to a close this awareness remains witnessing watching without any judgment in a moment i'll ring the ting sha bells three times so and as the sound of the bells fades to silence remaining in through and as this awareness whatever's here can still be here and know that the process can continue effortlessly silently just by trusting this awareness that's all so aware of the chair you're sat in or whatever you're laying aware of the space aware of your body always aware and if you haven't already done so gently silently now opening your eyes and knowing this awareness remains within always namaste namaste namaste so that was using the same guidance broadly in the infinite silence meditations to give you a sense of how you can employ embrace the power of this awareness to dissolve the emotional trigger triggers that are treasures the blocks the issues that arise in life effortlessly silently by trusting the power of this awareness alone all the other pointings i gave you and the two lots of fives they may be useful reference points but ultimately it will become natural and yes you will have to practice with it a little bit at first get used to the infinite silence meditation get used to recognizing awareness being prepared to face what's here without any judgment and then simply and silently with no effort at all this wave which may have even been a tsunami or will be dissolved will be resolved because the power lies within rests within so i can see a few people resonating with that are there any questions emerging from that but this feels like the fundamental core of spirituality farness and it feels it feels like that because it is that it is that as i said earlier the key to meditation the key to inner peace the key to life itself is to recognize and embrace that this unchanging awareness that i talked about from this simple exercise we of them are being added over time glad to hear that linda that you're very grateful for this teaching and guidance this this subject that i've covered tonight is the most common by probably by some distance questions that i get asked in so many different ways after sharing this message for so many years and so if you really really want to embrace it do listen ideally to all of those 14 replays but at the very least the ones i mentioned transmuting for into love emotions and blocks relationships and trust the heart commit to using those seven infinite silence meditations if you can do like some people did here do that for 28 days using any one of those for 28 days that will also be a game changer not because i say so but because you are already awareness because you are already awareness and this what was the key message i shared with you tonight is that awareness is the key awareness is the key it is unchanging it is unmoving it is unblemished it is infinite silence and you are it like this there's a little advert we have here in the uk on the television which use meerkats which are pretending to be from another part of the world and they speak in kind of like um english that sounds a bit foreign and one of their catchphrases is simples simples meaning simple and it ultimately is ultimately profoundly simple in fact it's so simple that the mind cannot conceive of something so profoundly simple but there it is and it's this realization that eventually that you come to so let's just have a look um i love meerkats yeah they are quite funny little adverts christine i can tell you um they're well known here in the uk yeah thank you for your comments there for now oh so what's possible this is transforming i was so sick of being depressed having panic attacks and anxiety well look at where you are now blossom is what and the journey that you've taken over the last few months by embracing and being open to the power of awareness within so folks my question for you what is the key what is the key good awareness awareness and what are you truly what are you you are the infinite silence the infinite awareness which i think is the most important thing and the most important thing is the presence of the the infinite silence which i see as one and the same that's all that's all and now even if it's not fully our experience right now yet i trust you will begin to see triggers are treasures because they are open to awareness awareness is the key you are awareness or infinite silence same thing these are the only things you need to remember the key is awareness you are awareness triggers are treasures from here on in it's if you open to this it eventually becomes plain sailing and yes there may be some steps to take on the journey and that is completely okay it is completely and utterly okay look out for the replays as i say either on my timeline or in the group nothing special exclamation mark use the replays of the meditations the The content, the tools and the meditation were amazing- 5 stars. what ended up being my trigger was the distracting what sounded like dry mouth noises. but again, a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review. please consider using a lower toned, a lower pitched bell for the meditation for people like me with a noise sensitivity (hyperacusis/ tinnitus). Hi Philip It's the divine timing to listen to this track again while meditating at the same time. Took a while to settle. Had profound insights and flowing of energy, released a lot of tension in physical body, felt timelessness, ONEness..... And unconditional LOVE. Just what I needed.
