Hey my friend,

Let's go home.

Let's go home to the truth of who you are.

It's not religion,

It's not a sect,

It's not philosophy.

It just is-ness.

When your mind expands to infinity,

You know who you are immediately.

Nobody told you that you have to segregate your existence,

Meaning me and me,

Me and the world.

It appears as if everybody is doing it,

But in fact that creates immense tension and immense problems for you,

For others and to the whole humanity.

In fact that the reason why there are so many problems on this planet,

Because our mind by mistake,

By confusion,

Segregates and divides.

When you allow your mind to expand,

When you allow your mind to acknowledge that its true being is the whole creation,

In that instant you know the truth.

In that instant your system starts to relax,

To open up,

To soften.

All tension are dissolving,

All mental tension relaxing.

Your whole being becomes softer.

In order to do that,

You can always start by connecting to your own body and inviting each and every part of your whole body to unite with your whole body.

Because even inside our body,

Again we segregate,

We're dividing without paying attention.

So when we think,

All the energy goes to the head,

To the brain,

Not in the rest of the body.

When we are feeling upset,

All the awareness goes to,

Let's say,

The head.

In a certain way,

Tension accumulates in different parts of our body and then again it separates from the whole body.

We need to teach the body and also to maintain the body as one form,

United form.

Like tuning a music instrument so it sounds exactly in accord,

In right vibration with the rest of the orchestra.

So we have to make sure that each part of our body is in tune with the rest by keeping first of all our awareness on the whole body and inviting those parts that in the wrong vibration to unite.

Then we're expanding outside the body to the energy field of our aura around the body and again we're acknowledging that this part as well as the inside part is one vibration.

And again we're calling those parts inside the physical form to start to harmonize with the external part which is actually pure energy.

After we did that,

We're expanding more and we allow our mind to expand into the whole creation acknowledging that our true body,

Our true being is the whole creation.

And again we're repeating the same process of inviting all the bits and pieces of our body that is tight,

That is heavy,

That is emotional,

That is uncomfortable in any way to synchronize with the whole creation which is who we are.

Like this step by step you're harmonizing,

You allow each and every part,

Cell,

Molecule,

Organ and your whole being to start to vibrate in harmony with all there is.

Then you feel good.

You feel blessed.

You feel blissed and you're comfortable.
