If we have emotions that are comfortable or not comfortable.
If you have physical discomfort.
Or if our energy is imbalanced.
All those,
Let's say,
Symptoms can be shifted.
So let's pay attention what's happening within.
Of course the breath is a very good indication.
How relaxed we are,
How balanced we are.
So just observe,
No need to change or do anything.
Just observe how the breath is moving in the body.
And then invite the breath to go deeper by softening.
Any area that feel a bit restricted and by allowing yourself to become soft in your attitude,
In your being.
To be in a receptive mode.
That you allow yourself to be nourished.
It's not only that the breath is moving into your body.
The life force is moving into your body.
And is ready to nourish you,
To love you,
To caress you.
You just need to allow that.
Allow your mind to be soft.
And bring this attitude.
Of receptivity.
That you allow yourself to be in a receptive end.
Completely available to be loved.
It means that we're allowing softness to start to become part of our existence.
Softness in our mind,
Softness.
Softness in our mind,
Softness in our skin.
Softness in our abdomen,
In our pelvic floor.
So there is external softness and internal softness.
And it's a bit different than normal relaxation that is done normally with the ego.
I'm relaxing my body.
Here we adding I'm relaxing my body and inviting it to be nourished by life.

Open portals of nourishment.
Feel that your face are being nourished.
Are being loved,
Are being caressed.
Your brain,
Same.
Let your heart center be nourished,
Beloved.
Let your solar plexus being nourished and loved.
Allow your second chakra below the navel and the base chakra pelvic floor.
Be nourished and loved.
And invite your whole body,
Your skin.
To feel that you are soft.
That your connection with life right now is very soft.
Very permeable.
Softness goes in,
Softness goes out.
So you can rest in that softness.
Now the life force is everywhere.
It's flying inside your body.
It's flying outside your body.
It flows everywhere inside the body,
Meaning in the tissues,
In the cells.
Everywhere.
You have the ability to connect with the life force,
With your awareness.
So that softness and connection with Source.
Will be greatly enhanced.
When your awareness recognizes the life force within you.
And outside you.
So let's connect to the vibration inside the body.
And acknowledge that the body vibrates.
Acknowledge there is a lot of movement in the body.
Because it's alive.
Allow yourself to feel this movement.
In your feet,
In your legs.
In your torso.
In your arms,
In your head.
Take time to feel that the whole body vibrates.
Each and every part.
And try to acknowledge the whole body as a whole,
That it's vibrating together.
Now let's expand their awareness.
And invite a connection between the inner and the outer vibration.
Gradually feeling that you are an ocean of vibration.
And you're feeling like that an ocean of vibration.
Try to introduce again that feeling of softness.
Of love.
Of nourishment.
That that vibration is not only mechanic.
It has a quality.
It has love.
It has softness.
So it's not only that you are an ocean of vibration,
You are as well an ocean of love.
And now let's say rise above the level of vibration.
Because vibration is a lower vibration,
Let's say,
Of creation.
It's above the physical and below being.
Being is the highest vibration.
And then there is physical vibration,
What we're feeling.
And then there is physical sensations.
How do we move beyond vibration?
We've stopped looking for them.
We stopped feeling them or wanting to feel them.
And we're asking the mind just to be.
To acknowledge the same space within and around us,
And to be with the space,
Not to feel the space.
That's how you move from feeling to being.
So being is also a type of feeling or experience.
But it's much more subtle and it's more blissful.
So as you can see it all depends on how you are placing your attitude or your mind,
That's all.
So now we are in being state.
Because being-state is way more subtle than the ocean of vibration-state.
It's easier to spot if there is still vibration.
In that ocean of being.
As if there is still something in the no-thing.
Meaning you can feel that the be aware of this pure vibration of being,
This very soft It's luminous,
Meaning there is a bright light.
It's blissful.
But in the same time you can feel that parts of your human being is vibrating in a lower vibration.
Maybe it still feels emotions?
Maybe it still feels vibrations that are heavier.
So let's invite synchronization.
Between a human form and that infinite consciousness,
Pure being.
So gradually we feel less and less.
Our physical body.
And we are more conscious of just being.
Unless there is me connecting to something external.
Let's invite our heart center.
To synchronize with the Infinite Consciousness.
So the trick in all this work is how do you locate or where do you locate your awareness,
That's all.
Whatever arrangement your awareness takes,
That's the result you're gonna have.
For that we are synchronizing between the heart center and the whole creation.
So gradually we can feel that the heart center transform into Everything.
It's boundless.
In order to,
Let's say,
Achieve that experience.
Your mind must be infinite already.
It's not that you are identifying yourself as you and you're pushing the energy of the heart outside.
Not like this.
Your mind is already the whole creation.
And its inviting parts of it.
To catch up,
To open up,
To synchronize.
Let's do the same with the solar plexus.
As the whole creation,
Let's invite the solar plexus.
To synchronize,
To open up.
To raise vibration.
Into that pure being,
Pure consciousness.
And then let's invite our nervous system the synchronized resource which we are.
So again it's not the abstract just saying i'm inviting my nervous system try to feel a nervous energy inside your system and invite that quality to synchronize.
And now as our system is way more synchronized and in tune with the creation,
Let's go to the last part when we're dropping any mental intention or movement.
I don't need to do anything right now,
I meaning the mind.
And I am allowing the mind to be completely no-mind.
The mind holds identity.
The mind is the I,
Is the ego.
The truth of who we are is pure consciousness,
Infinite being,
That's who we are really.
So when we're dropping the mind We're completely uniting.
With the unspokeable being which everything is.
To help softening the mind.
And you can practically release more your forehead,
Your eyes.
And let that sense of a mental activity drop downwards and backwards in your brain.
And then just see what happens.
Being with no mind is not very comfortable for our ego-identity.
So in the beginning it might feel strange,
Maybe even scary.
Try to go through that.
Even if your mind says,
What's happening now?
What are we doing now?
That be with its questioning or discomfort.
And allow it not to move.
Okay,
Just to summarize the steps we took.
First we being in the physical body we've been focusing on the breath,
Allow it to go deeper.
Then we brought an attitude of nourishment that we're not only breathing into the body.
We're inviting softness.
That we connected to the energy body.
Inside and then to the energy outside.
Then we shifted into being,
So a higher vibration.
Of Being.
And not needing to feel,
Just acknowledging presence.
Then we synchronized the Infinite Consciousness.
With the parts of our body that felt more tense or dense And then the last part we drop the whole thing.
And without the mind.
To be no mind.
It's so powerful.
So powerful,
So beautiful to vibrate together.
