So,
The classic meditation is always connecting to the breath and slowly calming our nervous system.
Let's jump straight beyond that.
Bypass all that stuff.
So,
When we're bypassing all that,
We're looking at the one who's actually looking.
Not what the one who looks looks at.
Because when we connect to the breath,
When we connect to the energy,
When we connect to whatever,
We always connect to something.
But now let's look at the one who looks.
What does it mean?
Actually,
It's a technique.
It doesn't mean anything.
It means that we are bringing awareness to where awareness is shined from.
So normally we're shining awareness from the area of the third eye,
Something like this.
And normally with that awareness,
We are aware of everything.
We can be aware of the breath,
But we're aware of walking,
We're aware of speaking,
We're aware of anything.
So,
Now we don't want to be aware of something,
Although that something will calm us down.
We want to be aware of the awareness,
Meaning that we have to first recognize where we're shining the awareness from.
And then we have to be with that before it shines,
Before it moves.
So we don't pay attention to what it shines awareness on.
It doesn't matter.
It could be very uncomfortable what we're currently aware of.
You know,
It can be strong emotion,
It can be physical discomfort,
It can be mental,
The mind is not quiet,
It can be many things.
But what we want to focus is what sees all that,
Not to get involved in what it sees.
Okay?
So let's straight go there.
And why it's so important?
Because normally in life we don't sit and meditate.
Normally in life we're moving,
We're doing.
So if we develop the ability to be present and to be just in that place that observe and not connect to what it observes,
Then we can be in that place all the time.
We don't need to sit and meditate necessarily.
Okay?
So let's train in that first of all.
So let's bring all the awareness and like pull it.
You know,
In the yoga teaching they compare it to a spider.
You know,
A spider makes a net around itself.
So it puts the energy or it puts whatever it made the web from outside from its body.
This is the awareness really.
But now we're pulling all that spider web back in,
Like we take it inwards.
And we want to focus to where it's shining from,
To its essence or to its source,
Better saying.
And hold tight,
You know,
Because the pulling is strong.
The mind maybe is not comfortable.
The nervous system is all over the place,
Could be.
But hold tight,
You can do it.
And then you'll see that just by holding inside the awareness,
Everything starts to calm down.
But in the beginning,
You have to hold tight there.
Resist temptation to do,
To be in action,
Even to calm yourself,
To reason,
Resist this temptation.
Just stay inside where everything starts from.
As the magic starts to unfold,
Investigate to the source of awareness,
But not by thinking.
Observe.
Is awareness is the size of your brain?
Can you feel that actually awareness,
In fact,
Is infinite?
That awareness origin in the no-thing,
No-me,
No-mind.
As if in the back of the hand,
Sorry,
In the back of the head,
There's like an opening to the whole creation.
In the front of the forehead,
There's a very tiny opening that can be,
That light that comes from behind,
From the whole creation,
Can be directed like a beam of light.
And this is awareness.
But really,
Awareness is the mind of the whole creation,
Not only yours.
It's the energy of everything.
So when you are aware of something,
Actually,
You're connecting it with source.
But when you're aware of awareness,
You are source.
The name for this meditation I called know-me-being.
And know-me,
Or know-thing,
Or pure consciousness,
Is really who you are,
Who we are.
So when we meditate,
It's so beautiful to start straight from who we are,
And then to balance who we are not with who we are.
Meaning,
First of all,
We're connecting to pure consciousness,
Awareness.
And only after that,
We're inviting the tension being created,
Because we're identifying as a person,
To synchronize with the truth,
With the simple,
Infinite truth,
Pure consciousness.
Each and every part of our human being,
Our chakras,
Our aura,
Our cells,
Every tissue,
Functions the best when we're acknowledging infinity.
Because in infinity,
In pure consciousness,
There is no resistance.
Only in the ego and identity,
There is a lot of resistance.
And as much as we are suffering more,
Meaning identifying more with our ego,
We're closing more and separating more from the truth of who we are.
Let's acknowledge that our body is actually the whole creation.
And this is the simple truth.
It's just like this.
Between your physical form and infinity,
There is an ocean of light and vibration,
Which is you.
Try to feel it.
So to have a complete feeling of that unity,
It's always helpful,
Not necessary,
But helpful and actually very nice,
Blissful feeling,
Is to invite our human being to synchronize with the infinite being which we are.
So let's start and synchronize our heart chakra.
For that,
Always and always,
We start as infinity.
We don't start as the person because we are not the person.
We are not the person.
We are everything.
So we don't need to balance as a person.
It works,
But not as strong.
We have to balance as everything.
So as everything,
As pure consciousness,
I'm inviting my heart chakra to harmonize and assume the dimension of the whole creation.
Let's do the same,
Inviting the second chakra,
Meaning the sacral chakra below the navel,
Again to synchronize and harmonize with me as the whole creation.
Okay,
So the mind occupies the whole creation.
So what we call me the person and me infinity is actually one thing.
It's not either or.
And then I'm inviting my third eye to expand and assume the infinite space of the whole creation.
And now let's focus and invite the nervous system to harmonize with the whole creation.
And we can recognize the state of our nervous system by trying to feel the level of vibration that is not comfortable in the body.
Maybe a level of anxiety or just a sense of tension,
General tension.
But we are not that.
You are the whole creation and you're calling this tension to synchronize and harmonize with infinity.
After we've done what you've done so far,
You can have a look without collapsing into the person,
Checking if there are any islands of tension within you,
But always stay infinite.
Don't collapse,
Don't go into the story and to old identity,
Me as a person.
Stay infinite.
You are all there is.
And invite areas of tension to synchronize and harmonize with the pure light which you are.
Not you as a person with a name.
You as everything.
That infinite you is before any name.
And after any name.
And let's use the fact that we are a community of people here in this very moment,
In this now space.
It doesn't matter where we are on this planet.
We are really sharing the same space,
Exactly the same space because we are here now and we are acknowledging our unity.
And let's visualize that we are forming a circle.
And this circle connects us through the hearts.
That we are a circle connecting in love like beads on a chain and connecting through our minds,
Acknowledging the presence of each other.
And let's say by acknowledging the presence of each other.
Invite the light and the love to you when you inhale and give it to your brothers and sisters when you exhale.
And like this we are intensifying the power and supporting each other to reach the highest vibration possible.
And now just let go of the breathing but stay with the awareness of connectedness.
That we are sharing space,
That we are supporting each other.
But we are all part of infinity,
We are all infinity itself.
So although let's say physically through our image,
We have an image of a circle made from physical being.
But we are all sharing one space and we are all infinity itself.
So this state of being that we are sharing now,
Infinite being,
Is the truth of who you are.
The human being which you are is also true of course,
But it's not separate from infinity.
Or better saying from the infinite you.
If you are clear in that experience,
The time all there is,
So that feeling of being a person separate from that all there is-ness is actually a habit that needs to be changed,
Only that.
If you recognize that your true being is infinite and you are experiencing it right now,
Then when you don't feel it,
It's actually because out of habit you slipped back into the habit of I am a person,
That's all.
So we can say that being bonded or being free,
Enlightened,
Only relates to a habit,
Only that.
As much as you put effort to free yourself from the habit of separation,
Which is just an illusion,
And maintain your existence more as infinite in affinity,
Then you experience more peace and less disturbance and anxiety.
It's straightforward.
