
Let's Shine Together

It's our time to shine awareness! Comprehend your feelings and emotions as you become aware of where they are coming from. Focusing your awareness on an object is like illuminating something that is blocked, so in this meditation, we will put it into practice, by raising our vibrations and focusing on all the tension we have in our body to invite it to synchronize and harmonize with pure consciousness and release it from our body. Okay,
Let's start.
And let's pay attention to our breath.
Just observe how it's coming in,
How it's going out.
And no matter what you feel,
No matter what we feel,
Let's not personalize it.
Because the truth of who we are is the one who sees what is and not what is.
So as you're observing the breathing,
The breath,
Try to be very clear of the distance between the observer and what is being observed.
Continue to breathe,
Creating space between the observer and the breath,
Creating space between emotion and the observer,
Acknowledging that who we are is the space in which everything manifests.
Who we are is infinite space.
And it's normal that when we wake up,
We start to pay attention,
We might feel that there is tension.
But we are not the tension.
We are the space in which the tension manifests.
We are not the emotion.
We are not even the body.
We are the space where everything is being created and expressed.
In order to acknowledge space and feel space and be space,
We must recognize space in our mind.
We must recognize that the place from which we are observing is space itself.
You might feel it in the third eye,
Where thought manifests.
Again,
It's the same place where space manifests or is recognized.
Just pay attention for a minute to that magical place in the third eye,
Where awareness can be focused on thought,
On emotion,
On the body,
Or the best,
On itself.
When the awareness is touching itself,
Is acknowledging itself,
That's the space in which everything manifests.
That's the material that everything is.
That's our gateway to infinity,
To pure consciousness.
So on one hand,
Awareness is in the third eye,
But it's not limited to the third eye.
It's actually observing at the same time the breathing process,
The emotions,
The body.
Like when you enter to a room,
You don't need to focus only on the chair.
You can be aware of a chair,
But the space in which the chair is,
Same.
Awareness is space,
And we are aware of things.
So let's continue,
Be aware of the breath moving in and out.
When the mind is active,
It doesn't matter,
But it just means that the awareness,
Which is the pure consciousness,
Is everything,
Is now pulled into the ego,
Into the thought.
So just acknowledge that,
And it will help you come back to pure awareness,
Infinite being.
To help raise vibration faster,
We can use this awareness to be focused on areas of tension.
For example,
If you feel a bit emotional as you walked up,
Pay attention where the emotion is.
Maybe there is sadness in your chest.
Maybe there is anxiety in your solar plexus.
Whatever you feel,
Don't identify with it.
It's not a nice feeling,
But it's not you.
It just is.
But pay attention to it,
And give it the space to evaporate,
To release,
To transform.
And if you want to use affirmation,
You can say,
I'm inviting the anxiety in my solar plexus to transform into pure consciousness.
And that's it.
You just say it and become aware of what's happening.
Resting awareness on an object,
It doesn't matter which one,
Is like shining light on something that is blocked and in the darkness.
When you shine the light of awareness,
The flower opens,
The tension releases,
And we feel much better.
So let's shift from shining awareness on emotion to shining awareness on the physical body.
Again,
If you feel some tension in your body,
Or maybe even the breathing is not relaxed,
Not wide,
Not spacious,
Try to recognize where is it blocked,
And just be aware of that.
And if you want to help with affirmation,
We just say,
I'm inviting the tension in my body to synchronize and harmonize with pure consciousness.
Next step to raise vibration is to move into more subtle tension,
Which is energy tension.
You might not necessarily feel emotional or pain or discomfort in the body,
But if you pay close attention,
You might feel that the vibration in your body is not in harmony.
It's like not in the right wavelength.
If you can recognize something like this,
Use the same technique,
Just being present with it,
On it,
And it will transform,
It will soften.
Remember that the most important is to understand that you are awareness,
And awareness is pure energy.
It's the highest vibration there is.
Just use this tool to magically undo any form of tension.
And be very precise,
Very vigilant.
Don't miss even one part of tension,
Or you can move from one to another,
And you'll see that magically your system is raising vibration and raising vibration,
And you feel better and better.
Our body functions the best when it's in pure consciousness state,
And it functions the worst when it's in deep ego state.
And it's nothing to blame,
It's just awareness will shift you from one state to another.
Okay?
So now we can bring awareness to our energy field,
To our aura.
Just check how is it around your body.
Is your aura is radiant,
Vibrant,
Infinite?
Or is it heavy,
Tight,
Dark,
Close to the body?
And bring awareness to your aura,
And invite your aura to shine,
To radiate like the sun from the center of your being to the whole creation.
And see it happening,
Then it will happen.
See already that,
Then your system will catch up.
Visualize it.
I'm the sun of creation.
Through the light shining from my being,
The whole creation illuminates.
Don't let your mind confuse you with thoughts.
Just say it,
See it,
Be it.
Next step to increase power is to invite and to unite with spiritual teacher,
Gurus,
Masters,
Angels.
So we can invoke,
Evoke the presence of Ramana Maharishi,
Pure consciousness,
And invite our system to harmonize with Ramana's pure light.
We can invoke the presence of Christ,
Pure love,
Infinite radiance,
And invite our system to harmonize with Christ's energy.
It's important to understand that all this has nothing to do with nothing.
Those beings did the job that we need to do,
That we are doing,
And they become illuminated.
So once we connect to those energies,
It helps us synchronize with those vibrations,
Synchronizing with Christ's energy.
Let's evoke the presence of the Buddha and invite our system to synchronize with Buddha's beauty,
Light,
Infinite consciousness.
Remember that the reality is in our mind only,
And whatever we evoke is our experience.
So let's acknowledge the presence of each other in this space we created between us and support each other,
Acknowledging that we create like a circle of love,
Of light,
Of support between us to help and give hand to our brothers and sisters in this circle.
Maybe some of us have a difficult time and not managing so easy to raise vibration.
We give them a hand,
We support.
So with our mind we're creating a circle that is not limited to the circle,
Just acknowledgement of each other's presence,
While still acknowledging our infinite existence,
Circle of infinite being.
We're beings together,
We share light together,
We share love together,
And we're raising each other's vibration higher and higher with no end.
I want to say that I meditate every morning,
But in this morning meditation,
When we share this immense power,
It's the strongest,
Meaning that we're affecting each other,
And I'm affected by your presence,
And I give gratitude for that.
So now,
Because reality is in our own mind,
Let's invite humanity to join this circle of love and light.
All humanity,
Circulating the whole planet Earth,
Creating a grid of flower and light,
Forming one mind,
One heart.
All humanity is acknowledging its pure consciousness,
The truth of who we are,
Who we all are.
If you have a strong image,
A clear image in your mind,
That's the reality you're creating for yourself and your fellow human beings on this planet right now.
Let's breathe together the whole humanity.
When we exhale,
We visualize so much light and love moving through the grid we created,
Through this matrix surrounding planet Earth,
Entering to each one's heart and mind with such a positive,
Beautiful energy.
Don't lower vibration,
Stay on infinite being vibration.
And with this you can support the best transformation on planet Earth.
Okay.
And the last part is just dropping everything,
Dropping all images,
All thoughts,
And just be.
Relax completely in the light which you are,
In the love which you are,
And everything is.
And before we finish this morning meditation,
Just a few tools to support,
So we can keep this high vibration during the day.
So number one is gratitude,
To sink mind and heart.
As much gratitude we share or we say during the day,
We secure this connection between mind and heart,
And preventing the mind from going all over the place.
Number two is humbleness.
So we keep the mind humble in front of creation,
That nobody can understand,
In front of the mystery.
Number three is awareness to all what we do,
Trying not to do things on automatic mode.

But don't allow yourself to sink into this ego-depressed,
Lonely small person,
