Let Your Soul Shine

In this session, we will focus on allowing your soul to shine through the practices of mindful breathing, deep observation, and the expansion of your awareness centered in the heart chakra.

By tuning into the heart chakra, the energetic center of love and compassion, you will open up to the infinite light within you. Through guided breathing exercises and heightened awareness, you'll learn to let your soul's radiance flow freely, illuminating your path and enriching your life.

And welcome,

I'd like to invite you to this meditation where we're going to focus on allowing our soul to shine,

Inviting our soul to shine.

Let's sit comfortable or lie down and let's connect to our breathing.

Just observe how the breath moves in and goes out.

It's normal that when we start observing the breathing,

We're encountering some tension.

Just pay attention to those areas where the breath feels a bit blocked.

Let's invite those areas to soften,

To relax.

Every breath we're taking,

The breath gently goes deeper and deeper,

With no need to force it,

Just by relaxing,

Just by allowing.

As if the body opens up and invites the breath and the nourishment to come in and to fill it up with the life force,

With the power,

Without any effort.

When we're exhaling,

We're relaxing,

We feel that our body softens,

Our mind softens,

We feel so much better.

Now let's connect to our heart center,

Or we could call it the heart chakra,

Which is in the center of the chest.

That's where our soul resides.

We would like to invite our heart chakra and our soul to start to expand.

For that,

Let's visualize that our soul expanding like beautiful waves,

That expanding from the center outwards,

With a beautiful light green color.

We can start by inhaling into the center of the heart chakra,

And exhaling and encouraging those beautiful waves to shine outwards,

To expand outwards,

To all directions.

A soul equals love,

Equals well-being,

Equals a deep sense of bliss.

It has nothing to do with any external condition,

It's the nature of your soul.

So let's stay now,

Without any control,

Breathing with that invitation of our soul to expand,

Observing how the energy of your heart chakra expanding and transforming into a beautiful,

Beautiful sun,

The sun of creation.

No need any effort,

Just observing,

And just permitting,

And just inviting.

I'm inviting my soul to shine,

To transform to the sun of the whole creation,

Meaning that the energy that expands from your heart chakra goes to infinity,

With no limitation.

Living with a shining soul is your birthright,

And it only takes an invitation,

An acknowledgement that's your nature,

That's your soul nature,

And you're giving it permission to manifest.
