Yeah,
Always we connect to others,
Always.
But we connect from different angles.
Today I want to emphasize the angle of pain.
The famous pain that I believe we all have to deal with.
And the pain I'm talking about specifically is the pain that our ego suffers when it feels that it's not in its top.
Especially when somebody told us something that is difficult for us to embrace because we feel hurt.
So Jesus said,
Give the other cheek.
And people say,
Whoa,
I don't want to give the other cheek because then I'll be stepped over.
You don't do something like this.
You have to step and stand for your rights.
And this is also very,
Very true.
And this is not against standing to our rights,
But it's against understanding who we are and what do we have to protect and what actually we're protecting and actually we're pushing ourselves to a corner that is not good for us.
What I mean is that if I have an identity deep inside that I'm not good enough and I try to make sure that this identity is not discovered.
And if it's discovered,
I will fight so it will not be shown to the public or shown more to myself because it's connected to pain.
It's connected to a history of feeling unloved,
Unsafe.
So when this possibility comes,
My system will jump and try to fight back.
Because in my psyche,
Not being good enough equals to having a safety issue.
That's how the ego interprets it.
And that's not true.
Because only the way my ego is dealing with certain words that are being said or certain thoughts that are being thought.
When that thought or those words are coming,
It creates a lot of pain.
And that's what I mean,
Embracing the pain.
So instead of latching out to the person that told you something you don't want to hear and starting a fight with them,
Or if your mind told you those words,
You're starting a fight with your own mind.
Instead of that,
We're learning to embrace and to create space from those tendencies.
I hope this is very clear for each one of us.
What are those tender spots that we have within us that when somebody presses on them,
We feel pain.
And when we press on them,
We feel pain.
So most of the time,
It's self-created.
It's not from somebody else,
Most of the time.
And that's what I mean by embracing the pain.
On the other hand,
If it's very painful and somebody is constantly using those words and those soft spots to make us suffer,
It's beautiful to tell them,
Don't do it because it makes me suffer.
But many times,
The people that are telling you different things,
Actually they tell it because they themselves suffer.
They themselves need to push you in order for them to feel okay about themselves.
They themselves are feeling unsafe because their psyche works very similar to your psyche.
Very similar.
So somebody has to grow.
Somebody has to learn to embrace the pain and not project the pain back to the other person.
This starting between the relationship that you have with yourself,
That you have with close people to you,
And then it goes up to society.
It goes up to nation,
Of course.
Nations fighting with each other all the time because you did this,
I do that.
Actually,
It's very childish.
But it creates a lot of pain and a lot of suffering for so,
So,
So many people.
So we need to grow,
All of us.
Let's take a minute and pay attention and clarify for ourselves what I'm talking about.
Try to recognize for yourself what are your soft spots and what and who and how those soft spots being propped and make you feel pain,
Make you feel suffering and make you,
Many times,
Push out and jump out and make other people suffer or yourself.
Okay?
So take a minute for that.
Okay.
Once it's clear,
Those words that have been told either from your mind or from somebody else's mind,
It doesn't really matter,
They create pain and we have a habit to jump,
To do something with this pain.
Normally,
Either to think it over and to mitigate it by reducing its importance or by attacking the other person and making them less than we are so our ego can survive.
So what we have to learn and to develop actually a new habit because it is a habit to really fast embrace the pain.
Very fast.
Be like an Olympic athlete,
Golden medal athlete.
Amazingly fast,
You're embracing it before it becomes toxic,
Before it becomes aggressive,
Before it starts a war,
You're embracing it.
And you're embracing it because what you're embracing is the pain but it's not only the pain,
It's actually the little boy or little girl within us that is afraid that if we allow this pain to stay,
We will lose it,
We will lose safety in the world,
We will lose love.
So it's very,
Very deep.
So now,
When it's clear for us,
What we need to do is to work on space.
And space relates always to the meditation because that's how we train to be able to catch the mind when it's going on its habitual way of doing things.
So we're working on creating space in which we can recognize and observe everything including thoughts and pain that are arising in the space.
How do we create space?
We create space by being aware and more than aware of something,
Aware of being aware.
Okay?
We're all the time aware.
We're aware of everything.
Actually,
Awareness is the only thing that is constantly intact,
Constantly.
Even when we have a very deep sleep,
In the morning we wake up and say,
Oh wow,
I slept so deep because we were aware.
So awareness is really the space that is the only thing that constantly is alive and is functioning.
Let's become aware of awareness.
Where is it?
How is it?
Just try to bring all your awareness into itself.
Where does it lead you?
I mean,
Normally when we have a class and we're sharing,
So most people say third eye.
Some people say heart.
Some people say maybe the back of the brain.
And I think all of these together is probably the most common answers or experiences of human being when we're experiencing awareness.
So let's be in awareness as awareness.
And what's the beauty about awareness is that it's not limited to this form we call me or to this body or to this brain.
When you're diving into awareness and you become only aware of awareness,
It's a portal.
It's a portal that leads you to infinity.
And that's the magic.
Okay,
If we want to be a bit more practical,
I can share the way it manifests for me.
If it manifests for you in a different way,
Of course you go your own way,
That's perfect.
For me,
I feel that there is a connection physically wise between the third eye and the back of the brain.
And infinity.
So the third eye is more awareness installed in the body,
In the ego person,
Looking around and seeing things.
I'm aware of my shoulder,
Of my sadness,
Of my knee,
Of whatever.
So we are aware through or from the third eye.
It's like a projector of light that shines awareness to objects.
When you take that awareness and you direct it back to the back of the brain,
Then it stops being personal and it's just awareness.
And then from the back of the brain,
You let it open to the whole creation.
Okay?
So this is the awareness,
Raw awareness.
I say raw because in the time that you feel connected to infinity or infinite awareness,
Your physical,
Emotional human being might not feel amazingly good yet because it's vibrating in a different vibrational level in comparison to the awareness that is pure vibration,
The purest there is.
So you might feel unwell,
But the awareness is always perfect.
So to feel better,
We need to synchronize our human existence with the infinite space which we are,
Infinite awareness.
Number one to synchronize is the heart chakra because then we are taking on the infinite heart and then awareness and love start to harmonize together,
To vibrate together.
So let's invite the heart chakra to expand into the whole creation.
So our mind is infinite and our heart is infinite.
Now identity is crucial here because identity will define your dimension.
Identity will define as whom are you practicing,
Are you doing this work.
If your identity says,
I am me in the center and I'm aware of the whole creation around me,
That's one thing.
But if your identity says,
I'm everything,
All there is,
And I'm inviting my heart chakra to synchronize with me,
That's a different thing.
So you are everything calling parts of your humanness to synchronize.
This is the positioning.
After we call the heart chakra to synchronize,
We have awareness and love together.
Now let's call the nervous system to synchronize.
And the nervous system might sound a bit physical,
But under the nervous system,
What we're looking at is a sense of a general sensation of nervousness.
Anxiety.
Uneasiness that we cannot necessarily define it's here or there.
It's in the whole body.
And that's what we want to synchronize with the infinite creation,
Infinite awareness,
Which is the same.
Okay,
So I'm inviting as the infinite awareness my nervous system to synchronize with the purest vibration there is.
When you say this,
Your only job is to hold or to be aware in the same time of the whole creation and your nervous system.
That's all.
The rest will be done automatically.
Wonderful.
After we've done that,
We can work on the second chakra below the navel.
Again,
As the whole creation,
Infinite awareness.
We're calling the second chakra to synchronize with all there is,
Which you are.
But it's not you as the little person,
It's you as the whole creation.
It's magical.
And then,
If you still have different parts of your human existence and felt vibrating differently than all there is,
Then you call that specific part to synchronize.
So maybe you have some physical discomfort,
Maybe you still have some emotional discomfort.
Anything that you're aware of,
Call to harmonize.
And you know something is not well because you feel it.
Awareness you don't feel.
Awareness you are.
Everything that synchronizes with awareness,
Suddenly you don't feel it.
So suddenly,
When all the aspects of your existence are in pure synchronicity with awareness or with all there is,
Suddenly you don't feel your existence separate from all there is because it's all vibrating in the same vibration,
In the no-thing vibration.
Then it feels amazing because you're only being.
You don't feel your separateness.
So if you still feel different parts of your human existence vibrating not in accord with the whole creation,
Call those parts to synchronize.
Let's take time for that.
So now we can also take advantage for the fact that we are together.
We're forming a group.
We are a group of like-minded beings who are sharing this magical,
This sacred space.
And we can support each other because some of us sometimes have difficulties because we're carrying or we're facing a strong challenge.
And then in that moment of challenge or that time of challenge,
The ego identity has become much more tense,
Much more tight,
And much more in need to synchronize,
But then it's more difficult.
So here we can support each other.
This is the beauty of the Sangha,
Of the spiritual community,
That we can share vibration.
We can support with vibration.
So let's visualize that we're sharing or creating a circle,
A circle of like-minded beings.
And we're visualizing that this circle that we're forming right now between us is made from connections through the heart chakra connecting with love,
And through the mind connecting with the image.
So please visualize that we're sharing this circle together right now.
And into this circle we're inviting those who find it tough at this moment,
Either yourself or other people that you know that are struggling,
So they can be in the center of the circle and they can just,
Through connecting to this space,
They can heal,
They can feel better.
For those of you who are doing this meditation not live with us right now,
It doesn't matter.
You're always part of this circle.
Because this circle we're forming is beyond time,
Beyond space,
It's forever.
So,
Back to the original subject,
We started by talking about embracing the pain.
So,
What the impulse to embrace the pain is exactly that infinite being which is the truth of who we are.
This ego that pulls in and tries to be strong is pulling away from unity constantly and trying to re-establish its domain which is not really existing.
So,
Once you know completely the truth of who you are,
Infinite being,
And you know who you are not,
Separate from infinity,
Then anything that pulls you away from unity is not helpful.
Anything that reconnects you to the illusion of separateness is not helpful.
And that should drive you to embrace the pain.
And once the pain is gone,
Again you're experiencing the light which you are.
Because you're always the light.
Always being,
Always are and always will be.
Always the light.
Thank you so much for joining the meditation.
Many blessings for everybody.
Bye-bye.
