Hi lovely people.

This meditation is dedicated to celebrate our existence.

We all know that life sometime banging us on the head and make us really not comfortable but we must learn how to shift so we don't go on that direction but we shift in direction.

Let's sit comfortably or if you want to lie down and just start to focus on your breathing.

Inhaling deep,

Exhaling long and relaxing.

Again inhale deep,

Exhale long and relax.

One more time inhale deep and visualize that breath goes to the whole body.

Exhale long and relax.

Obviously when our mind is not happy,

Our body is not happy,

Our emotions are not happy,

We don't feel good and it's difficult to celebrate life.

But when we meditate we can shift that negative existence into positive blissful existence and that's the beauty of meditation.

So we must know that this is possible that even I feel not very well right now I can shift that hundred percent.

So with this knowledge we're moving deeper now.

We're recognizing the whole body and we're breathing to the whole body as one and try to see your toes,

Your fingers and visualize that your body is like ballooning out stretching nicely outwards,

Expanding beautifully.

And when you exhale you're shifting into the most bright radiant Sun existing.

Inhale and expand,

Exhale and shine.

Let's introduce gratitude.

Gratitude always shifts a busy anxious mind into a loving heart.

So when we inhale to the whole body we're reciting thank you.

When we're exhaling we're reciting thank you.

And even if your mind resisting thank you because it suffers,

Understand that this is a technique that will help you.

So don't let your mind dictate your existence.

You are the boss,

You're the queen and the king of your existence and you can shift you know negative existence to happy existence,

To shining existence.

Inhaling deep,

Gratitude.

Exhaling deep,

Illuminating the whole creation,

Gratitude.

Continue.

And now try to recognize which part of your current existence doesn't feel well.

Maybe your mind is all over the place,

Maybe your heart or other chakras or energy centers are maybe in a suffering,

Not feeling good or maybe your physical body is not feeling well.

It doesn't matter what it is but we're shifting awareness from that area that draws us into becoming small and suffer into widened awareness.

Keep your awareness on the whole body and outside the body to your aura and when you inhale visualize that you're expanding so so so much more than your physical form.

If you can visualize that you're expanding to infinity and when you're exhaling you're shining so much light into the whole creation like the brightest Sun ever.

You're the boss,

You're the king and the queen of your existence and you can shift negativity into brightness,

Shining existence,

A blissful existence so you can celebrate your existence because you feel so well.

Go for it and shine my friend.

That's your birthright,

You are here to shine.
