I know it's not always easy to connect with yourself when you feel like you're breaking into millions of pieces.
When your chest feels like it's so difficult to breathe.
When you feel such intense sensation.
When you feel like everything just ended.
I want to remind you that there is no end.
In this lifetime,
Relationships will come in and out of our lives.
It is a cycle.
With awareness,
Each relationship is a gift of teaching and healing.

Imagine you were sewing the broken pieces together.

You cut the string and you feel an explosion inside of your chest.
You expand that energy outwards and down to the ground,
To the soil,
To the center of the earth.

There is something amazing waiting for me.
